According to prof S. Aluko define it as a common sense that is not common. That is you are using it and you don't know you are using it. For example a woman in the market who's an illiterate save money, order for goods, take stocks, engaged in business activities never understood she's applying economics . Pastorsmiling define it as "life itself " meaning all our life is center towards economics. For example money, job, industry, entertainment etc. All works around economics. |
Financial mismanagement and corruption has eaten deep to the fabrics of Nigeria systems to the extend that one plus one is no longer two but eleven. Our leaders in the position of authorities both in private and public sectors belief they are in position because they deserve to be there, not knowing that leadership is all about services to humanities. They embezzle public and private funds that comes their way all as a result of the fear of unknown every little projects is an Avenue for self agrandizement and looting, thereby render the economy in shamble. In this dispensation of buhari also known as Mr NO nonsense all hands are now on deck but the private sector is stylishly excluded in this advent of probe. We, the concern citizens thereby call on Mr president to also channel his tentacles not only in the public sector but also in the private sector because some of the bosses in this sector are worse than the politicians ranging from banking, telecommunication, manufacturing, mining, processing, etc. They also involved in monetary diversion, money laundering, lack of due process in awarding contracts, advance slavery of Nigerians (contract staff management) which is very common in Telecom and banking. Shady dealings, unsolicited products and services sold to their subscribers, unexplainable charges from banks and Telecom. Enough is enough Nigeria is not for Chinese or for Indians, Nigeria is for Nigerians. Nigerians are wise now we are using this medium to call on Mr president to see to the financial management systems in all the sectors of the economy if the country most move forward forthwith. Most of the company bosses have numerous houses abroad, fleet of cars, etc . through illicit money gotten from innocent Nigerians. We will not stop writing until we experience an holistic change in Nigeria systems, Americans and other advance countries are not better than us, together we shall achieve greatness. My fellow nairalanders share your experience and encounter with this private sector bosses and their affluent lifestyles here for other to have more knowledge about their mismanagement. Please I need a website developer ASAP I have already registered the domain name. I gave the job to someone here on nairaland he collected my money he didn't do the job all I get from him everyday is one story or the other I wonder why some guys are like this believing that collecting someone's money we take them anywhere I just don't want to curse anyone as a man of God. Heaven will take care of him except I didn't do the right thing. Please note I am not paying until my job is done. Thank you. |
Na WA o, my people so what Bible says is perfectly true. " at the end time brothers shall rise against brothers " Please let's embrace peace and pray for the peace of Nigeria. We are all one, it is because of our stubbornness God changed our languages. We are all children of Adam and eve. Let us respect our brothers, be it hausa, Ibo or Yoruba. Muslims or Christians or otherwise. May the good Lord help us all. So many nairalanders are Christians so I urge you to practice what you preach let us live together. Even if Biafra eventually succeed in their self determination Ibos cannot live alone you need yorubas and other tribes as well. So fighting over generational issues you no nothing about will cause a set back for you. My take on Nigeria nation is that Ibos are ripe to lead Nigerians too, so the earlier they work with other tribes the better. Yoruba too must not see themselves as the Supreme they need to embrace their brothers regardless of their flaws which I believe most Ibos no nothing about. It not all Ibos that are bad in fact majority are good people. May God curse the enemies of this nation in Jesus name amen. GOD bless you all. |
@op, I perfectly understood your plight in this regard, as a customer service personnel I sincerely say sorry on their behalf not all of us are bad sir. Many of them don't really know customer is a king and the reason for their job is because of customers. Until companies in Nigeria know that customer service is a career not just ordinary job and should not be treated as business as usual we will not move forward. Sometimes when I'm attending to customers wat come out of them is thank God I'm talking to a man they feel free expressing their problems to me. The problem with most companies is that they only want to impress you by putting a fine and pretty lady in their help desk forgotten that 90% of customers are not interested in whatever person that attend to them wat matters to customers is how their problems will be resolve in the shortest period of time. @op, once again, sorry for inconvenience. Have a nice day sir. |
