Contact a registered civil/structural engineer. However, from experience, you will be needing a raft of between 1.2m -1.5m depth. I don't think a pile foundation will be necessary for just two storey building in any part of lagos. Except you are building on water. But like I said earlier, look for a good registered engineer. The cost of employing the service of an engineer will be nothing compared to the loss if your building should collapse. Regards. |

What then is the function of party agents at every polling unit? wirinet: According to the bolded quote, no governorship or presidential election can ever be annulled or cancelled by the supreme court. It will be impossible to prove irregularities in all polling units in a state or country within the stipulated time allowed by the tribunal to try the case. The cost of cost of calling witnesses from every polling unit will be huge. Petitioners and lawyers are wasting their time and money challenging governorship and presidential elections in Nigeria. |

You are right. Maya is more complex DerrickM: 3dsmax is still a bit more straight than complex in my own opinion. It's sister app Maya is more challenging and complex to master. As long as it's for rendering and architectural visualisation you will be fine. Check www.youtube.com, www.digitaltutors.com and www.lynda.com for videos on it. |

Yes. Export the file as .3ds then import in max. godwinkessi: Can I also use 3D max to render archicad? |
Art, Graphics & Video › Re: Archicad And Revit Which Is Better? by Patdedon(m): 2:31pm On Oct 22, 2015 |
You need to go for the training or install it and use the help file. It's quite complex, but you can export revit model for better rendering in it. godwinkessi: .

In my opinion, Revit is better. Both are good for modelling and design. But Revit is more accepted worldwide because it is easier to collaborate with Structural Engrs, M&E Engineers using same revit model. In terms of rendering you can also export revit and archicad to 3dsmax for better visualization, but the fact that Revit is developed by same people that have max will be expected to perform better. |

I got it all wrong when you began to dish out figures and hours of lost wages that you might lose. But, everybody here seem to be saying the same thing, except that they are not telling us about their job pay package. |
