Hmmm... Privatization's in the best interest of the masses! What's the benefit of an 'incessant strike paralyzed hospital' to the masses? |
TooGood01:the truth is to become a consultant you have to undergo some form of training, these ones want to be consultants based on years of working experience, it isn't done dat way, anywhere |

adeoladrg:. They say there's nothing special about being a doctor, yet each department cant fight the doctors alone, it takes JOHESU (a body of all other health workers except doctors) they obviously have a common goal! To sabotage and frustrate the efforts of doctors, please give me my nurses and cleaners, I already have pathologists and radiologists, we comfortably improvise for the remaining (e.g. we have private pharmacies all around), the hospital would function optimally, no one would be missed, everyone would understand their place... D fight is ratio 1: 1000, yet relativity can't be 1:8, naija we hail thee. All animals are equal, but some are more important than the rest! Get enlightened |

Costee: I can see where you're coming from. Tranny means transmission (gear box). You know very little about the car. I don't think you have good technicians either. I've fixed the steering hose and replaced the alternator in 2006 Max without issues. As I said if you feel you could cope better with the Camry, why not. Thanks, wish we met earlier! |

Costee: It seems you have to balance between your "ego" of leaving a big car for a smaller one and the "expenses" associated with the big car. If the agony of the big car is becoming burdensome, why not. You have to be sure, however, that the small car is relatively trouble-free. If not, available cheap spares notwithstanding, it becomes a money pit.I don't know what tranny means o! The sharfts have been faulty and so the whole car shakes wen u re accelerating, we've spent a lot to replace the sharft like thrice or more and its still as bad, then the power steering hose started leaking badly till the pump got faulty, twas fixed but d steering still so stiff... Despite abt 3 repairrs, the alternator also had to be fixed twice before twas near normal, on each occasion we didn't spend less than 12k, dats the few I can remember, |
Costee: Not until you give more and detailed information on the cars. You might as well ask us whether it's sensible to exchange your Max with 50k miles with the Camry of 150k miles. The maximas been with me for 2years, it works well, good engine but the major issue is whenever it has a fault it takes a lot of cash because the spare parts re not readily available and cos its 'exotic' the bills always outrageous! Here's a tokunboh pencil with cheaper spare parts, claims the mileage's less than a 100miles, mines a little above a hundred! Am trading in at no cost o! But d feel is while leave my car for a smaller one? |
Someone wants me to trade in my Maxima 2004 for a toyota camry 1999, what's ur take? |
AS and AS can get married! The most dreaded risk is having SS children, so here are the available option To be companions without biological babies- you do all what couples do but u prevent conception, this has worked for some but it leads to fustration in this part of the world where for most, the aim of marriage is procreation not companionship Marry get pregnant but do an in vitro fetal genotype to determine the fate of the fetus. as early as the 14th week of pregnancy fetal genotype can be done, fetus is aborted if SS... Left to grow if otherwise, this however is expensive, invasive, and traumatic, and here abortion is illegal Adoption. This gives an opportunity for those who choose not to have children to live as parents and have their own children Marry and have your children after all life's all a risk, if any or all of them are SS then be ready for likely hospital admissions, repeated blood transfusions, incessant bills for hospital care, and uncertainty of the child growing to be an adult, and the guilt of prior knowledge wit no action Walk away: painful as it sounds if u cannot adopt any of these options please walk away, most marriages in Nigeria do not survive these ordeals... U can add more points |
