The tightening thing, I honestly have no idea, I will think you should drink more water, hoping to flush any little infection (not saying there is), but common with preggy.

Try do urinalysis or see your doctor.

Hope other sabi momma will offer solution.

Funny enough,when I asked my 3 years old girl whether she wants a baby girl or a baby boy,she said a baby girl.seriously insisting on a baby girl until now. I just said thank you Lord.

They always give date, usually on your small white card not the pink one.
Just go in at exactly 4 weeks from today or anytime you have a need to see a Doctor. Subsequent appointments make sure your card is laid at Doctors table during consultation so he does not forget...
