My baby came few hours ago weighing 6pounds on dot @ 34w3ds. contractions came out of nowhere and efforts to keep her in longer (till thurs 28th)failed so we agreed to bring her out! thanks to God and a team of great personnels i and my dd are doing great. BA- baby came via induced VD yesterday at 37weeks 3days.
Developed high BP at 36weeks and doctor was afraid of Preeclampsia and seizure. Also had gestational diabetes so I was finally induced and baby came out weighing 2.9kg.was also given magnesium sulphate infusion to avoid any eclampsia... I rather experience painful Induced VD than have devil take away my bundle of joy.

Babay came out very healthy only that His glucose level was low and was given fomula, monitored every 3 hours for 24hours and everything came back to normal..no jaundice too..we just got discharged.

Team Jan ported to Decemeber.

Thank God baby is healthy and fit to go home.

Long story short, my Christmas was sad even though I tried to put up a brave face and even went shopping for decorations the next day.
I just thank God that today I have a living,kicking child growing inside of me whose face I would be seeing in a few months time (by His Grace)...

So I went back to d hospital cos of d pressure in my vagina/leg and my doctor gave me sabutamol and pcm. He also told me to rest as much as I can,no lifting of any heavy object and no stressful activity for now.
Cc:my team mates with leg/back pain.

present ma, am doing well, I have been writing exams since, the lord has been my strength I missed you too.
so many things have been happening to me, I fell down in the market yesterday, bike climbed on my left leg. this morning I went for scan my baby is a girl, I can't wait to meet her, hubby wants a boy thank God I won.
I have been eating like a goat and going on three days fast to address that issue cos am so shapeless now, I can't even stand myself in the mirror. the hunger strike starts tomorrow

BIRTHSTORY
. I knew the end was near, i pushed like my life depended on it. After several attempts i was given a tear and my son came out. The relief was heavenly, the joy was divine, my son was placed on me i started laughing i couldnt contain the joy. My son arrived at exactly 2.35pm and weighed 3.4kg.

I follow you laugh at that point too

Cappo PatKing tanks for ur care oo. So far we are good, we've taken our first TT injection, hubby has forbidden me posting our bump so we can't participate In Tues bump, my doc said candida is a normal infection for preg but wrote a cream and sumtin to insert but dh is against inserting anytin oo since she said is normal to avoid story's DAT touch.

For the candida are you on any other meds besides the Insert, or you are trusting your system to deal with it? Let medical team advise prevail my dear...

Good day ma, you are not alone on the muscle pull have been getting it almost 2 months back. In the mornings when i stretch next thing is muscle pull then i will scream and DH will ask me to kept still don't move your leg it's so painful he will rub it until it stops, now i have learnt i never move the leg as soon as i feel the muscle pull and it helps a lot i just know to get a leg massage.

Thank you for the mention, I will try popping in more I have few time to be with my phone due to my work schedule. And I Pray for a stress free pregnancy for you, me, our teamee and all pregnant mamas on this thread.

I was about asking a question on dis earlier but I forgot. Mine is from my vaginal down to my foot and i drag myself to sit wenever it starts.My doc gave me calcium and pcm. I took dem only once and couldn't keep dem down since den. I've been rubbing shea butter and i think it gets better afterwards.

Oh ohhh... sorry dearie.
Read about the calcium on the internet, will wait to ask in my next appointment.

Network was bad for me yesterday.
You are not alone with that leg pain, mine is on my right hip down to my foot. Sometimes I drag to walk.
Once in a while I get muscle pull on my leg, most painful thing ever ... I will scream and scream... till my NeuroGesic works in. Am doing nothing for my hip pain, as it is internal, on my bone socket.

Discussed it with my Doctor last Tuesday, he okayed the NeuroGesic, and said it's part of the preggy package.

What did your doctor prescribed that is not working?
