Exactly, you on point. The engineers of our generation are not driven by passion or interest for the job rather driven by comfort e.g fat salary. Am afraid it will only get worse as long as we continue to have wrong people for the engineering profession.

I bet some are not even up to d population of a state in naija e.g lagos, yet these small listed countries currencies are almost equal to naira. What a shame!
