When Arsenal signed Rice 3 years ago for £105m, Rice wasn’t this “Anderson” good. We have seen players like Caicedo and Enzo Fernandes with £100m+ fees many years ago. Why is INEOS reluctant to pay the top dollar for an amazing player?

I read that he favors a move to our city rivals. So that could be the reason we are considering other options.

Tonali should be the next midfield signing after Ederson, again weyre Newcastle United will probably price him out of United reach. Will United pay in excess of £100m for him? Another good option is Mateus Fernandes but looks like relegated Westham United is also pricing him to high...

I will go for Tonali ahead of Fernandes for his work rate and experience. We need someone who will come in and get going immediately to ease the pressure on Ederson. Fernandes is good, but for £80m, I feel we can get a more experienced player. Bruno Guimaraes is out of the equation for his injury record.

I see no other reason any sane person will willingly join the NA, there's nothing special in it maybe except to gain ability to harass innocent non-gun wielding civilians.

Ederson is a good passer. I am optimistic he will be a success here.

I think the cull is too much, sacking the whole management team doesn't show you're a sensible club, you are starting from zero again. I don't even know Ibra's role, he seemed like a cheerleader and intermediary between owner and the club, did he make any footballing decisions?
They need to hire a sporting director first, and then map out an identity before thinking of a coach. For me I think we need a Klopp like coach, (Iraola?), the guys need to play with some energy, for far too long we always seem breathless and out of pace. Only issue is players seems to burn out every 3-5 years so you need to renew the squad.
I've not really thought of a coach, a month ago it seemed impossible that Allegri will be gone, even just last week, just to Beat Cagliari. To be honest I no dey watch other teams like that to know of other coaches, but what of Italiano? A gamble no doubt. They will likely go for Conte sha, a prima donna but a proven winner

Iraola will be a fantastic option but I read somewhere that he is holding out for a move to Liverpool or any of the top clubs in England or Spain. I doubt Milan will be enticing enough for him when he can just wait one more season before landing a top job.
