Good morning to you all.. I need an advice on this matter.

I bought a Nissan early this year(although not expired yet) with the person's plate number and the man agreed that I can be using the plate number because it hasn't expired yet. My question is, can I renew the car on the man's name and be using it again because I don't have 39k to obtain my own plate number yet and how much is the cost of registration on renewal?

u will need to seek his permission to continue using it, cos he may need to get his no plate back for his own use, in such case he will need d docs as well.

the best thing is to process ur own documents right away!

it has to be done at d very station where d vehicle in question was originally registered. so if ur vehicle was not registered in Lagos, u can't get d change of ownership done here.

yes u can but only thru a proper change of ownership/reregistration. it means u r replacing d number plate.

I need an advice here, i lost my Drivers license and i have done all the necesary things required by law. I mean, Court affidevict and a Police report. My problem is this, i dont have a photocopy of my lost Drivers license or the identification number. How will my case be solved?

yes it can be 3momths, depends on d driving school. a driving school wt one training vehicle can only register 8 applicants/per day n can only issue 8 certificate/month, d more applicants they get, d longer it will take to issue certificates.

but 26working days is guaranteed thru me!

from my understanding of vehicle documentation, its just ur 5k annual renewal, there is no monthly premium.

remember it covers d damage done to d 3rd party, not d insured!
