Most Nigerian programmers you will find today have developed quality software apps and web apps but lack the capital to host them on Google play store or Microsoft stores because to do that will cost money. and paying isn't just once but to keep your app on the store will need renewal.

You are very correct. we have the ability and capability to do just that. But most Nigerian programmers are faced with a common challenge which is light. light to power their laptops 24/7 will really go a long way in improving our skills and experience.
