we did not do sit up and push up,they only punish some people with push up, we only ran 3.2km and the time is 5min giving, least 10mins

even us navy seal never jog like that, Well I rran at ojo lagos the 3km,i de third box.the 10mims I do is practice and keeping fit from now till may 21 the day for training I will be more and more fit

sir this run is it like 4km go and 4km return making it 8km or 8km go and 8km return. also sir can you give me normal time to reach 1km because am doing it in my room,i can jog 10mins

Endurance race in NNBTS aka Akaso is 22km str8 and its done monthly. They might increase it the distance if they want but just prepare ya mind for left left(Race without Ending).
U will cover 8km Everyday as training.

sir 8km everyday wouldn't some people faint, even 3.2km at ojo Lagos,so people the breath fast and faster hmmmmmm
