That is speculation, what if does not happen until another 3 years time? What if the land is currently over priced?

Find out how much it Will cost to rent a 3 bedroom flat in that area, that will help me in determining what the price of a plot of land should be

They have an estate very close to amen estate and the rent is around 2m to 2.5m.

Below is some of their estates.

Where will you get the ROI of 30% from? Rental income or what?

How much are you expected to invest?

From 1m but I plan to invest 10m.

The ROI would be gotten from estate/land appreciation as they have like 3 estates currently selling

I need investment advice from the bosses in the house. I'm planning to invest with a real estate company (zylushomes), the vendor is (Oga For Property). They have estates in ibeju lekki just like revolution plus property. Their ROI Is 30% and one can invest for as many years as one wants. The company has been in operation for 3years.

Stated above is all I have gathered about the company and I have also visited their office in lekki. The estates serves as security for investment.

Is there anyone that has invested with such company, experiences, any red flag to look out for. I will appreciate the opinion of everyone. Thanks in anticipation

The 5 years corporate bonds will be used to buy cheap assets, which will be sold in the next 5 years or less. A lot of distress sales are going on and will continue till the end of the year

Morning sir, I have been on the look out for opportunities to buy cheap assets and distress sales but I haven't seen any. Please I will know how you get informed on distress sales and deals. Thanks

A single drop of water can cause Niah Selway an intense burning all over her body that will last for hours.

A woman with an extremely rare allergy to water has revealed the tragic struggle of her day-to-day life.

Niah Selway has such severe reactions that a single drop of water can cause an intense burning all over her body that will last for hours.

The 21 year old has Aquagenic Pruritus, an allergy that only affects very few people worldwide and has no known cause.

The rare condition means that, even though Niah's organs are not affected and she can still drink water, liquids cannot come into contact with her skin.

Is the inside of this 3 bedroom finished, semi finished or just carcass inside?

Is the location okay and accessible?

Those real estate companies can be funny

The building is finished but not furnished. I read that it is located around abijo, ibeji lekki. I decided to ask on this platform because I don't want to make a wrong investment.

Also going by the news of the recession looming, is it advisable that I hold on for now? Thanks

You may have to contact the Registrar.
Did you follow your e-dividend processing thru?
Anyway, not to worry too much cos your dividend will always be there for you to claim, just try and contact the registrar to know what's up, then do follow up with them.

I was able to process my dividend form. I will do as you've suggested. Thanks for your response

Take the e-dividend form to your bank for the passport endorsement. They will endorse it at the back. Ensure its the same bank you filled on the form that endorses it.
They may do this to confirm your identity and that you're the true owner of the account, though I don't really see it as necessary since BVN is on the form......but just give to Caesar......... smiley

Thanks
