a big no...top leagues can only get 5 or 6 representatuves if a club wins the UCL or Europa and the said clubs are outside d top4
meaning assuming Liverpool are 5th n won d UCL and west ham are in 6th n won Europa, the top4 in England would qualify and also Liverpool n westham to make it 6 representatives.
if any club in the top 4 wins UCL or Europa, dt extra slot is voided.
