TM means TRADEMARK,and its a right of some companies and few individuals.For instance,if you register google nigeria it is possible but you just waste money because d name has been registered and if does,you could be fine for infringement.Everytin google belongs to google.Every name related cisco,microsoft, etal belongs to them no matter the disguise.You can use domainindex.com to check trademark of domains.

Just a heads up, Godaddy now has a new policy that restricts internal account changes for 10 days after a domain name has been transferred to Godaddy. I used to transfer domain names for my clients on a certain date and then immediately push them to their account, now you must wait 10 days before you can initiate the transfer to their account.
