Thanks so very much! I appreciate akinke: Does the country requires your passport to process a visa like UK, if they do, your passport must have been stamped. If not there should be an email. If not as well, use your discretion.
My friend was in a similar dilemma. He had only being defrauded by the agent and did not apply let alone refused a visa. He used his discretion, and hence did not declare it. Because declaring what you did not even apply for na another talk.
But be sure the country requires Biometrics. I don't want you to make your decision solely based on no biometrics.
Cheers |

Thanks for your kind responds! I really want to know if I should fill that Asian has denied me Visa last year in my Visa Application as I'm not really sure the Agent even Applied for the Visa. WestAfrican: Simple answer is YES. Biometrics is important as the immigration need to know who enters the country. It also helps the Police or intelligent unit to travel a foreigner who commits a crime. |

A call for help! Can one be denied Visa if the person didn't go for biometrics? I applied for a conference visa through an Agent to Asia last year but didn't go for any biometrics, and didn't get the grant as well. I'm scared if really the agent applied for the visa and I was denied as I'm about applying for my Visa to Aussie. |

Just sight a good reason why you did not include US visa denial. I've a friend in Sydney that had the same issue last year, he was denied Canadian study visa while he did not indicate it in his Australian study visa application, though the visa process took him about 5-6months to get his grant. Yours ganna be positive As well... Goodluck Teetee09: Hello house, I applied for an Australian student visa last month and I got a message from immi today. They noticed I didn’t indicate a US visit visa refusal I had about two years ago, but I indicated that of UK which was quite recent. They are requesting for an explanation. Pls house, will it be better for me to totally withdraw this application to prevent another refusal? Or can I still get a grant after the explanation? Honestly it was an oversight on my part. Pls, urgent answers or suggestions are needed. Tanx. |

Alright, Thank you so very much bro. God bless you.... Joan011: First, read the life in Australia as an immigrant thread and you'll get a lot of things that will help. Beside that a friend of mine told me that I can work and pay my fees cos that is what she's doing. It's all about getting a job that when you accumulate the earnings you would be able to pay your fees and cater for other needs. Get a job in disability and aged care, the proceeds can pay your fees . Don't let anyone scare you or even prevent you from this opportunity . Sign up on indeed.com.au and seek.com.au you'll get daily alerts on job postings even though it's advisable to start from scratch get a realistic target on how much you want to earn monthly based on your tuition and other things and try to land a job that can pay you that nevertheless if you haven't gotten it Don't sit idle waiting for it, make sure your hands are working. Check for student discounts on anything you want to purchase to minimize cost for you.
P.S Most students are combining work and study to help themselves. It is not easy but if they can do it. You can. Just make sure that you have enough to cover your first year in Australia |

[quote author=shupy post=77993089]Firstly, is your offer a conditional offer for English? Secondly, you can only provide a recognized result of English proficiency test. It's actually a conditional over. But I have a coursemate who is currently schooling at University of Tasmania (Masters), he used the school proof of English proficiency to get admission as well as his Study Visa Grant. Happy new month to you |
