I been trying to understand the whole pip stuff but if its that feature in the screen i belive any android phone with 8.0 and above will do that. At least with my s7 edge i can always use my youtube in pip anytime so

Click on public_html or www
Click on content
Click the installed theme
Click footer.php
Edit the footer there.
Note; be careful while doing this or else u may mess up the theme

I don't think that would be his solution, that is clearly a blogger hosted website what your telling him to do is not the right procedure in blogger. I'm pretty sure that he isnt using a premium template. Just saying sha i might be wrong

I can help you decrypt it , just send me a link to your template, i will download it , decrypt it and i will tell you how you can write whatever you want in the footer. It would have to be decrypted before you change the footer else the website would keep reloading.

The footer credit is there as a means to credit the builder, to appreciate and spread their work. It can be removed effortlessly, though.

Copy the footer credit
Sign in to your blogger dashboard
Go to Themes
Select Edit HTML
On the HTML page, click the text area containing blocks of code and press Control F
In the search box, paste the footer credit you earlier copied and hit enter. The credit will be highlighted.
Do whatever you want with it.
That's it.
