Doing that will significantly increase the amount of Uric Acid in the system. This may result in Gout: painful swelling around the joints just like arthritis and rheumatism. Don't think anyone will want to go through the pain. Unfortunately these ailments are no longer exclusive to old people. Much younger people tend to have it. A way forward would be to work on a diet that will be a way of life and still getting results. I am no diet specialist but this is basic. Portion control is the key.

To imply that someone who gave his all to athletics and was a game changer faked his injury is unfair. Throughout his career he never gave up.His last race is the most unlikely time he would change that.If you want to give examples of fake injuries go back to 1988 at the Seoul Olympics when Nigeria's Chidi Imoh stopped at the 30 meter mark when 6 sprinters where bolting past him like a bad habit

Nairaland / General / Facebook's First 250 Employees' Secret Group Where Various Discussions Are Held by Peacemaker: 4:57pm On Sep 01, 2015
In the tech world, even as money pours over Silicon Valley like a flood, conspicuous consumption can be frowned upon.

"If someone buys a fancy car and posts a picture of it, they get ridiculed and berated," an anonymous Facebook executive once told The New York Times.

But inside Facebook there is one secret group in which discussing what you plan to buy with all this new cash is embraced, Nick Bilton reports for Vanity Fair. That group is called T.N.R. 250, short for The Nouveau Riche 250, which is made up of Facebook's first 250 employees — many of whom became millionaires after Facebook went public.

According to Bilton, this group debates the purchasing of boats, planes, Banksy portraits and other art, and tropical islands. Bilton says (to be fair) philanthropy is also discussed.

But if you have never heard of T.N.R. 250, it is probably because all this activity is kept behind closed doors and kept far away from any social networks, especially Facebook. For rich Facebookers, you have to walk the line between enjoying your new riches and keeping in line with Silicon Valley's anti-ostentatious vibe.

Sports / Top Ten Most Expensive Teenage Football Players In History by Peacemaker: 3:20pm On Sep 01, 2015
Anthony Martial’s impending transfer to Manchester United will make him the most expensive teenager ever.
The fee for the 19-year-old Frenchman, who has been compared with Arsenal legend Thierry Henry, is £36million up front with the potential to rise to £58m with add-ons.
That eclipses the £32m Paris Saint-Germain paid Sao Paulo for Brazil international forward Lucas Moura three years ago.
Here’s a look at the top 10 most expensive teenagers in football history .Decide whether each player was a hit or a miss.

10) Sergio Aguero, 19, Independiente to Atletico Madrid, 2006, £16m - Hit
Needs little introduction given his feats at Manchester City but it was at Atletico
where the Argentine made his name. Scored 101 goals in 234 games over five
years before being sold for a £22m profit.

9) Sergio Ramos, 19, Sevilla to Real Madrid, 2005, £18.9m - Hit
Nearly £19m represented a huge fee for a teenage defender at that time, even given who the buyers were, but Ramos is worth at least double that now. Serial trophy winner for club and country.

cool Antonio Cassano, 19, Bari to Roma, 2004, £20m - Hit
The maverick Italian frontman has had a colourful career, counting Real Madrid and both Milan clubs among the seven he played for. Scored 52 goals for Roma before being sold to Real.
+1010
7) Anderson, 19, Porto to Man United, 2007, £22m - Miss
The Brazilian midfielder's name has become synonymous with the word 'flop' in a footballing context. Played just 10 times in his last two seasons before leaving for free earlier this year.
6) Marquinhos, 19, Roma to PSG, 2013, £22m - Hit
His career is still in its infancy but the Brazilian is already rated as one of the best defenders around. Barcelona and Chelsea have both shown interest in the quick and versatile player.

5) Javier Saviola, 19, River Plate to Barcelona, 2001, £25m - Hit
Now 33 and back at River Plate, the diminutive forward did not go on to have the stellar career many predicted for him but 60 goals in his first three seasons at the Nou Camp cannot be sniffed at.

4) Wayne Rooney, 18, Everton to Man United, 2004, £26m - Hit
Having borne the weight of a nation's expectation on his shoulders for 11 years without reward it is easy to forget how successful his Old Trafford career has been. Nine major trophies and 233 goals.
0
3) Luke Shaw, 18, Southampton to Man United, 2014, £31.5m - Jury still out
Struggled for fitness in his first season having been signed off the back of a World Cup appearance but has started this one very well. Too early to judge but the left back's talent is unquestionable.

+10
2) Lucas Moura, 19, Sao Paulo to PSG, 2012, £32m - Jury still out
Has blown hot and cold in the French capital but at his best looks like he could go on to be a world beater. Just 23 still and not a regular for club or country so again it is too early to judge.

1) Anthony Martial, 19, Monaco to Man Utd, 2015, £36m* - Too early
Watch footage of the striker and it's clear to see where the Henry comparisons come from. He has a very, very long way to go though to match his compatriot and to justify his hefty price tag.
(* Fee could rise to £58m)

Sports / De Gea:the Blame Game. Real Madrid's Side Of The Story by Peacemaker: 2:39pm On Sep 01, 2015
With the transfer window in Spain closed and no official announcement of a David de Gea signing in Madrid, it appears the Spanish goalkeeper will remain at Manchester United for the time being. Real Madrid have published a statement insisting they "did everything that was necessary" in their unsuccessful attempt to sign David De Gea from Manchester United.Real had agreed a deal to sign De Gea on Monday with Keylor Navas due to move in the opposite direction, but the paperwork was not submitted in time for the transfers to be completed.
They received widespread criticism in the Spanish media for their failure to sign the player, and United are reportedly blaming Real for the collapse of the deal.
It had been suggested that Real would appeal to FIFA in an effort to push the deal through, but there appeared to be little prospect of success and they indicated on Tuesday that the Spain international will remain at Old Trafford.
However, the statement implied that United were responsible for failure to beat the midnight deadline in La Liga.
- Real Madrid C. F. (@realmadrid) September 1, 2015
The statement read: "After what happened yesterday in relation to the intent to sign the player David De Gea, Real Madrid wants to specify:
"1. Manchester United didn't open any negotiations for federation rights over David De Gea until yesterday morning.
"2. Real Madrid, despite the difficulties regarding entering into an operation of this kind on the last day of the transfer window, Real Madrid agreed to start these conversations.
"3. When Manchester United opened this negotiation yesterday morning they did so with the plan to reach an agreement with Real Madrid player Keylor Navas so that he would join the British club this season and said that they are in contact with the player's representative.
"4. Real Madrid and Manchester United reached a quick agreement over the transfers of both players. After drafting the corresponding contractual documents with the goal of proceeding within the time frame of both the TMS of FIFA as well as La Liga, Real Madrid sent the contracts to Manchester United at 13:39 Spanish time.
"5. Manchester United replies with its comments eight hours later at 21:43 Spanish time, including small modifications. Because they were not major, all were immediately accepted by Real Madrid with the intention to register the player in both TMS and the Liga in time.
"6. Real Madrid, after getting the signatures of both De Gea and Keylor Navas, remitted the papers to the English club with the contracts signed at 23:32 Spanish time, and waited to receive the signed documents from Manchester United.
"7. Manchester United reached a final agreement with Keylor Navas' representative at 23:53 Spain time and it was at that time that the documents were remitted to player to be signed.
"8. Manchester United put the data regarding the David De Gea transfer into the TMS but not that of Keylor Navas at 00:00 Spanish time, while remitting to Real Madrid the signed transfer contracts at the same time. Real Madrid received that complete documentation at 00:02 and tried to access TMS but it was already shut down.
"9. At 00:26 Spain time, FIFA's TMS system invited Real Madrid to add the information about the player David De Gea due to the fact that England's transfer window remained open until today. Real Madrid, realising the eventuality of a contentious run for the player's transfer, decides to remit the contracts to La Liga, even knowing that the window for the deal had closed.
"10. Definitely, Real Madrid did everything that was necessary at all times to get these two transfers completed."

Phones / Top Five Free Business Apps You May Not Have Heard About. by Peacemaker: 1:01pm On Sep 01, 2015
This list is purely subjective
1. Bitrix24
Bitrix24 is 35+ business tools inside a single platform – CRM, project management, employee management, call center, virtual office, cloud call center, document management, invoicing, email marketing and much more. There are three things that Bitrix24 does exceptionally well. First is CRM and client management. Second, collaboration, planning and project management. Third, human resources information system. One review called Bitrix24 ‘business management platform and that should the best description for it. Alternatively, one can think of Bitrix24 as Salesforce+Skype+Dropbox+Basecamp in one. Totally free for 12 users. Available for iOS, Android, Web, Unix, Linux, Windows and MacOS.
2. Qwirl
Qwirl is a bit difficult to explain, if you never tried it. Essentially, it turns any business document into an interactive webpage. Think of Qwirl as free quotes and proposal software. Or a way to create beautiful presentations for your clients. Or reports for investors. That’s Qwirl. Founded by ex-Googlers, this service has all the chances to become the next Prezi.
3. Wave Accounting
I wish every service would have pricing page like WaveApps. The service is absolutely and totally free (and it’s a very powerful accounting platform). It’s especially great at scanning receipts, which is done by simply using your mobile phone camera once you install the app called Receipts by Wave. Unlike Expensify which handles only expenses, as the name implies, Wave Accounting can be used as a payroll and invoicing solution.
4. Bizagi
Bizagi is a free business process modeler solution used by more than 500,000 users worldwide. It is 100% based on BPMN notations, which is a de facto standard for business process automation nowadays. Granted not very many smaller businesses think about processes, standards and procedures, but if you are ready to grow, definitely give Bizagi a try.
5. Schedulehead
Schedulehead is an employee scheduling service. As long as used by 10 employees and 1 administrator, it’s absolutely free of charge. The free service includes knowledge base and email notifications. If you operate your business with tablets and smartphones, ShiftCalendar may be a better choice, but for non-mobile workforce I think Schedulehead works better. You may also want to consider upgrading to paid plans if you want your employees to receive text messages with their schedule updates.
Sports / Questions & Answers With Regards To De Gea's Failed Transfer To Real Madrid by Peacemaker: 12:52pm On Sep 01, 2015
David de Gea Q&A: The big questions answered after failed move from Manchester United to Real Madrid
•David de Gea was poised to sign for Real Madrid from Manchester United
•The deal collapsed on Monday night after paperwork was not sent
•Manchester United insist they were not to blame for the failure
•Keylor Navas had been due to move to Old Trafford as part of the deal

David de Gea's nightmare summer took a turn for the worse on Monday night when his protracted move to Real Madrid collapsed at the 11th hour.

Why did the transfer not happen?
Because Real Madrid failed to register David De Gea with the Spanish football League (LFP) before Spain's midnight transfer deadline.

Were Manchester United in anyway to blame?
Their responsibility was to register the transfer with FIFA's Transfer Matching System (TMS) which they did.

How does TMS work?
United would have logged-on Monday night, put their password in, and then filled out the on-screen form answering questions such as 'Are you the buying club or selling club?' 'Name of player?' 'Name of agent?' 'Fee?' Etc. At the same time Real Madrid should have been doing the same. If the two independent registrations of the deal match then both parties get a message: 'This transfer has been registered with Fifa'.

And did this happen in time?
Madrid say they received paperwork at 23.59 and that they have proof of this. In theory there is no exchange of paperwork so presumably they mean that at 23.59 both clubs had registered the deal and Fifa had confirmed it. The transfer was done.

So if the transfer was done before the deadline time of the country of the buying club then surely De Gea is a Real Madrid player and Navas is a Manchester United player?
No, because Real Madrid then needed to register the player with the league and they did this at 00.28 – 28 minutes after deadline.
Real Madrid failed to register De Gea with the Spanish league before the midnight deadline

Can Real Madrid wangle this? Will the LFP not give them special dispensation?
Madrid are trying to claim that because they have proof that the transfer had taken place before midnight they have effectively met the deadline. But the rule is clear – the player must be registered with the league before midnight.
The precedents say there will be no wriggle-room on this. Real Madrid tried to sign Guilherme Siqueira and sell Fabio Coentrao to Manchester United in September 2013 and the deal was not done in time. And Levante tried to take Bryan Ruiz on loan from Fulham in January of this year but the paperwork arrived a minute after midnight at the LFP offices and so the deal never happened despite Levante's attempts to get FIFA to over-rule the LFP.

What now?
We wait for the LFP to issue a statement. Either they will give in and bend their regulations or they will say 'Sorry rules are rules'.
FIFA, meanwhile, have told Spanish radio Station COPE that as of midday Spanish time they have received no request from Real Madrid, or from the Spanish FA, to investigate De Gea's failed transfer.

Could Keylor Navas in theory still go to United? After all the transfer was registered in time. And Navas didn't need to be registered with the LFP?
Now you're just being mischievous. And the answer is no. The two transfers would have been drafted in such a way that they failure of either club to properly register the player would make the deal null and void. So unless the LFP give in, it's all off.
