In the original post, he says he seeks a guy. In no way should that upset anybody who is not likewise interested. It's not as though he is trying to force others to change to be like him. Rather, he seeks only those who would be interested.

Consider this: If somebody walked into a library looking for non-fiction books, should they be castigated for not wanting novels? If you go to a restaurant and order a salad, should the server deride you for not wanting lobster? So it is here--the original poster seeks a male. Other males who find such things not to their liking are clearly exempt from his request. That we each have the freedom of our own taste does not necessarily mean that those tastes that differ from our own are wrong.
