Job Description and Qualifications

The vacancies are advertised according to the tutorial staff needs of each school.

Applicants must possess any of the following qualifications: NCE, B.Ed, in any of the subjects advertised.

Application Closing Date
15th December, 2017.

Method of Application

Interested and qualified candidates should submit the following documents:

Application letters which must be handwritten.

Photocopies of claimed certificates

A letter of identification from the L.GA. of origin.

All applications must be addressed to “The Executive
Chairman Post Primary Schools Management Board Enugu” Candidates are to submit their applications to any of the Education Zones nearest to them, the various Education Zones include:

Important Notice:

Applicants are to indicate in their application letters the schools where they want to teach.

The process beginning with submission of application letters to the final issuance of appointment letter is FREE AND AT NO COST.

The State Government shall prosecute any body found receiving or giving any form of gratification with regard to this recruitment.

The school must have a vacancy for the subject to be taught by the applicant.

Successful candidates will only be posted to the schools so indicated in the application letters.
Multiple entries are not allowed, otherwise the applicant will be disqualified.

The Akwa Ibom State Police Command has announced the arrest of 20 cult members reported to be involved in armed robbery, rape and kidnapping.

The suspects, who were said to have been picked up through police intelligence in the Onna Local Government Area, had reportedly owned up to the crimes.

The state Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Elkana Bala, said in Uyo on Wednesday that the police also arrested the leaders of the two cults, Victor Udofia, 50 (Isakaba cult); and Victor Andrew, 52 (Ikpat cult).

The PPRO associated the cult activities in the state with chieftaincy tussle and politics.

According to him, policemen attached to the Anti-Robbery and Anti-Kidnapping Squad identified some flash points at Ukanafun and Etim Ekpo LGAs, adding that the command had enough intelligence about the areas.

Bala stated that all the suspects would be charged to court before the end of next week.

3 young boys between the ages of 19 and 20 have been apprehended by men of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) for allegedly raping a 14-year old secondary school students identified as Precious.


Names of the suspects were given by the security men as Osabuohien Aghimien, Osamudiamen Stephen and Victory Osayomwan. The suspected who were paraded at the headquarters of NSCDC were said to have had two rounds of s3x each with the victim.

They were reported by the victims family a day after the ugly incident took place. Narrating their involvement in the saga, one of the suspects "Osabuohien" who claimed to be a mechanic apprentice said the victim was his girlfriend and that he took her to the house of his friend to pass the night.

Osabuohien stated that it was at night that his friends asked to sleep with the victim and she obliged them. His words, “I was there when they have s3x with her. When my friend said he want to go in again, she agreed.

It was the next day I went to their house that I was arrested. “My friend wanted to give her money but I refused.” On his part, Stephen said the s3x session took place in his room.

According to Stephen's explanation, Osabuohien told them that the girl was a prostitute he picked up, even when they know that she was just 14. He said, “He told us the girl was his loose (ashawo). So we all slept with her. She did not cry at all.
