I let's stay on topic! This is about a shipyard where ships that transport liquefied gas will be built, repaired, maintained,etc and it should be built in the nigeria delta. Home of all the gas plants, oil rigs and oil terminals, the federal government of nigeria should invest or seek partners to develop it's ports and not encourage injustice.
