CBN decision was out of ignorance and fear of what they don’t understand and can’t control. True crypto currencies can be used to perform illicit activities but these transactions are visible on the blockchain and users can be traced get because all crypto exchange sites uses KYC which shows the true identity of crypto users. Ask yourself these two questions; 1. Why has US not banned crypto transactions? 2. Who do think is respond for the creation of USDC coin?
