I my younger sis had her son free at d garrison health centre. Many of those pple causing cudnt send their kids to school before amaechi came on board. Schooling in Rivers state is free up until ss3 with books, bags in very comfy environment.

To have a baby thru ceaserian section isbtwn 160k 350k but its free in my state. Or are these amenities not for the poor?
