From what toprealman wrote about the company, this one na strong GNLD company o or marketing company where you make your money based on commission .

Besides, from what i read, its a marketing coy, so they are ready to employ anybody. Marketing doesnt need any specific qualification. I'm not discouraging you though, just feel you should be sure of what you're going to abuja for.

Looks like GNLD to me, be very sure before you leave osun state, so you dont end up wasting your time and money. Cos no company will interview you and induct you the same day. My 2cents.

If they employ you before the training, you cam liase with them and dey'll be removing it from your salary. For the OND person, they recruit OND very well but you'll be paid 20k. You dont need to do the training. But for you to earn 40k as an OND holder, you'll need to do the training. I hope you understand?

Jst go to Consol house, Consol close, beside lastma office at oshodi and submit your Cv. You'll be called. The training is now 97,500 naira.

They take some people before the training, and once the training starts you'll have to go and join the training, after which you'll continue your job, while some will start work immediately after the training, and some they'll[sub][/sub] call them some months later. So it all depends on the available space.

And i forgot to add, read and know about the company very very very very well and all their fabrics and all, i guess that's what threw me off last year. Cos they were visibly inpressed with every other thing about my experience and presention and all that, but i f**ked up wen the white lady asked me some question about the fabric and i started blabbling. She den told me that "so you want to work with us and you dont know the answer to this?". That's when i knew i wasnt going to be called for the next stage.

They'll give two written test, not the regular tests they give in other companies, this one is to show them your skills and you'll also be given cases to handle which you'll get to write a preaentation on how you'll handle such situations. Then afterwards there'll be an interview with the white lady and another man where u'll be interviewed on your previous experience, ypur presentation and your written test. I'll advise you to be honest in your written test cos they'll ask you so many questions from it.
