Though i admit near zero knowledge of the operations of the capital market,I just wish this initiative can come to the capital market so that Ordinary Nigerians can have access to the ownership of National Assets,it will promote a sense of inclusion. I know the logistics might be more compared to just getting private investors but if done,Nigerians in their hundreds of thousands will buy in anticipation of high returns on investment. It will strengthen nation-citizen bond also. |

Much as i want to agree that our biggest challenge is corruption and Rtd Gen Buhari seem to have a reputation in dealing with such issues,i would want us to situate it in a context. The degree of corruption is 1983 pales into insignificance when compared to NOW. I hate to say this but truth is corruption has become systemic (if not endemic). As such the anti-corruption therapy cannot be the same. Secondly,anti-corruption therapies in a military regime may not necessarily be relevant in a democracy. Reason being that the structures are different. That said, the anti-corruption drive in my opinion must be systematic;that is we must engage all arms of government and the followership on a journey of value rediscovery which is the reason i have always believed that we need a man with a strength of character,cross-ethnic alliances, highly ingenuous, sincerely purposeful and oratorily powerful(such as can genuinely inspire us as a people to shun corruption)while delivering good governance across the board without fear or favor. The long and short of this submission is that the anti-corruption effort must be collaborative and this can only be possible when the oga at the top is actively&verbally inspiring. |
Basicly the first class student has mastered the use of her/his time. S/he may not read all the time but knows how to make the most of the reading time. Moreso the first class student goes the extramile,s/he isn't about garbage in...garbage out. There is always an element of ingenuity which may not necessarily be based on natural intelligence but more on consistent reading. |
Linda has leveraged her setback to step up.THUMBS UP GIRL |
we are in a dire strait here because of the unconventional nature of d war against insurgency however a psychological approach was preferred given the age of the girl. Moreso i'd rather prefer that CJTF should be availed some training to save nigeria some human right allegation incessantly levied against us.I salute their efforts but more needs to be done to stem the tide of human right violation. |
Sure the desire is natural but real men set boundaries so that they dont breach especially when they haven't been dating long enough for such to happen. Talk about clearly defined limits. |
