Guys don't be scared of programming, its only a mind thing.
We can all do it.The much time we devote to DBA shows that we can do practically anything.I mean some of u guys have the database of large bluechip organisations at the tip of your hands-well at least you do in a way.So if we can do that then we can do anything.
