Taxes can be to the Federal Inland or the State internal revenue.
For Limited companies that have their year end as 31st Dec of every year, you are expected to remit your Tax returns on or before 30th June of the following year. Failure to do this will attract a fine of 25,000 the following month and 5,000 every other month.
