You are going to far... not just a lot of countries, In Nigeria tens of thousands of children are married off yearly especially in the North. Kano state has more cases of VVF than most African countries.

The Emir of Kano just married a 14 years old girl who was abducted from her parents, about Last week, a man in Zamfara state married an 8 years old girl.

An 8-year-old girl has died of internal bleeding after marrying a 40-year-old man in Yemen. Although officials have denied the news, Yemen locals have come out in their numbers to protest the shocking death of the minor. Highlighting the dangers and cruelty involved in child bride stories, the young girl identified as Rawan died on her wedding night after first intercourse.
Arwa Othman, head of Yemen’s House of Folklore and a leading rights campaigner, said the girl was married to a 40-year-old late last week in the town of Meedi in Hajjah province, north-western Yemen. “On the wedding night and after intercourse, she suffered from bleeding and uterine rupture which caused her death. They took her to a clinic but the medics couldn’t save her life,” Othman said authorities had not taken any action against the girl’s family or her husband.
A security official in the provincial town of Haradh denied any such incident had taken place. He did not want to be identified because he was not authorised to speak to the press. But two Meedi residents contacted by Reuters confirmed the incident and said tribal chiefs had tried to cover up the incident when the news broke, warning a local journalist against covering the story. This is not a scarce case in Yemen as a number of poor families marry off young daughters to save on the costs of bringing them up and also to make money from the dowry.

Bida in particular is dominated by the Nupe people.
Niger state has no Yoruba's like you postulated,the Yorubas in Niger are settlers not indigenes.
Share is in kwara state of present,there is jebba kwara and jebba Niger,due to land sharing.
Mokwa is in Niger state,owned also by the Nupe people not yorubas.

I also know these regions very well, personal Knowledge. From Edu to share to Pategi to Lafiagi (all in present day Kwara) down to Jebba, and Mokwa are a mixed population of Nupe Yoruba and Fulani.
Also, the term middle belt was introduced by J.S. Tarka who sought to differentiate between the mixed tribes of the North Central and the Hausa fulani states. It does bot stop a Northerner from been a Northerner. (Learn, that one says "Northerner Doesn't mean he/she is referring to the Hausa/Fulani alone)

Records, as Nigeria’s most prolific man, by marrying even more wives every time he sees a new ‘Miss Right’. When asked how Masaba satisfies his women sexually, the octogenarian said his sexual power is from God. ”In his wisdom, God has given me the
power and strength to give them the sexual portion they need. If I didn’t satisfy them, they would leave,” he said.
Recently, there were rumours that the 87- year-old ‘spectacular’ polygamist died after a brief illness. Vanguard contacted him and he dismissed the rumours of his death, saying “I am still alive, bubbling in good health."
Masaba, who dismissed the rumour on phone yesterday, described the rumour as a deliberate act by his detractors to bury him while still alive. He said:
“My dear, I am still alive, hale and hearty. At least, you can hear me speak and certainly, a dead person cannot speak. The rumour is baseless and can best be described as the work of my detractors because they envy what God has done and what He is still doing for

Who is this ill-informed herdsman? I stand to categorically say that Anambra is the most faithful state as far as payment of salaries is concerned. I received my salary on the 24th of last month. Anambra is among the very few states that still pays pension and gratuity in this period of economic melt down.
