There should be more reasons... ride on |
#1 Traveling from Kaduna to Onitsha via a night bus, at we got to Okene at about 2am, we didn't know armed robbers laid an ambush. the driver just parked the bus and ran into the bush leaving the passengers hapless. a few passengers were able to escape leaving only the unfortunate, the aged and women. as the robbers were robbing people seat by seat from the front door and back door, before they got to our seat, a gun shot was heard outside, and the robbers all ran out. In in minutes, passengers in the bus began scampering for safety, running to the bush to hide. We also ran and hid. After about an hour, we decided to check the bus out to know if the driver was back, we discovered he wasn't back, as we were going back to hide, we unknowingly walked into the robbers who shot at us.... Blood. feel free to add your experience. |
#2 I was driving to Awka from Onitsha in Anambra state, in a new car, I was just feeling myself and the car at 140-160km/ph as I approached Odumodu Junction at umunya, I discovered that my break wasn't holding, I told the guy who was with me that the break was bad, and the junction we were approaching is arguably the worst road/junction in Nigeria. as I approached the junction on top speed, a trailer was coming towards me head-on, so I sped into the bad road and then my tire busted. I can't explain how God saved me from the traffic, the trailer and other stuff, I just found myself in a ditch beside the road. |
#3 I was travelling to Kaduna from Onitsha through one of the most reputable transport companies that uses hummer buses in the morning. Our tire busted around okenne, and our driver was old and weak, so we had to change the tire for the driver. And we used the spare tire. still on the road the spare tire busted and there was no other tire to use. we had to look look for a vulcanize the tire and move slowly to Kaduna. |
#4 I was returning to Ilorin from Kabba after a matter I did there I got to the park at 4pm, hoping to arrive Ilorin at 7 or 7:30pm, but our driver went to the bush and smoked his brains out. As we were going on the bad road he "dived" into one of the potholes and the camper for the left back side broke. we couldn't fix it, we just had to tie it with a rope and managed it till it got loose again and then we'd tie again. I did most of the tying as our driver retreated to the bush at almost every stop for more smoke. |
I travel very often, traveling is actually one of my hobbies (although I don't like sitting at a spot for long.) I have seen some really crazy stuff, such that some people don't live to tell the stories. Risks, danger, adventure, blood... all on the road. #5 I had my fifth most dangerous road experience today. I left Enugu for Onitsha (just a 2-hour journey) at about 5:30pm. not more than 10 minutes into the journey it started raining heavily. Then we noticed that the windshield wiper was faulty. Car headlights was also bad and the road terrible. not more than 20 minutes drive outside the coal city, the while it was still raining heavily, our car got stuck in a ditch and almost turned over. We couldn't get any help because it was already dark and it was raining heavily, we had to spend hours pushing/removing the car from the ditch. we got to Onitsha at 11pm |
see inexperience..... Why didn't you deal with it immediately after you enjoyed it? No Andrews Liver salt? no postinor II or other post pills, no lime ![]() |
Tony Nwoke has just identified himself with the set of 'political-inconsequentials' as far as Anambra state is concerned. It is understood that his political fortunes has been smiling, but He, and all of Ndi-Anambra knows that it would be easier for APGA to win in Kano state than for APC to win in Anambra. |

Doug07034780891:Buhari is not searching, and has never searched for oil in Anambra State. Oil was long discovered and the exploration company Orient Petroleum was commissioned by Jonathan in 2014. As a matter of Fact, a league of Anambra businessmen are Siting Nigeria's first private refinery in Anambra state. |
