I delivered a beautiful princess last night at 9:50pm,after abt 6hrs of labour.I screamed out my lung all2ru.Vaginal delivery no be joke,but I am thankful to God every time I look at my princess.

So sad. God will wipe your tears and give you the one that will stay dear. I lost my first at 24 weeks and today I have a toddler and another on the way. See if you can probe further into what might have caused it. If they aren't responsive enough, try a general hospital.

Team July, am I the only one who isn't showing yet? I'm becoming worried o cos the pregnancy bumps I see online for team July are out already unlike mine. I only notice it when I'm naked or putting on a singlet, which just looks like one is overfed. Also, I haven't registered for antenatal yet. Hope its not too late?

Go to hospital and get s prescription. Avoid self medication in pregnancy except probably sugar and honey or palm oil home remedies that are clearly safe.

Mama, chop o. As plenty as you can. For the minerals, I can relate. Hubby won't allow me but I indulge myself whenever he's not around. Always in moderation sha. I take coke once in 2 weeks. Cos I set try avoid back pain in the long run. As for the coke, I set always stingy with am o. I make sure my children are out before buying and I keep it with me up to an hour, sipping small small ( you understand what I'm saying nau) just to savour the feeling. I can't come and kee maisef for Buhari. Hmmm it is well.
