Please what can I do? My application has stayed one year without approval. I was asked to go for medicals since November which I did on the 8th of December. Yet nothing till now. Please I need help

Hello gurus in the house.

Please I need assistance. I did my visa application on the 22nd of may 2021 then went for my biometrics on the 1st of June. Then, on the 23rd of November, o was asked to go for my medicals which I did on the 8th of December. Till now, I have not received any news yet either medicals passed or PPR. Please, what can I do? If I send message, at times they will reply me that is still under review. What do I do oo? I have done one year anniversary of visa application yet no visa
