On the case on the iphone 11
Peter is someone that have done transactions to a point I just tell him I will have an item he will just pays for it without asking any further

On February 9 I told him I got an iphone 11 from Mikky I told him my price and ask him how much he thinks he can buy it he said 210k We did not talk further till 2 days later I sent him list of 12 phones and told him to tag prices he can buy them , he told me his prices some I refused till we agreed he said he will pay for them then he also said he will pay for the the iphone 11 we had talked about together with that of the 12phones , 2 days back McMayor was interested in the iphone 11 too and made payment of 140k advance on it so since peter still wanted an iphone 11 to I had to shop for a factory unlocked one on eBay immediately
Few days later the 12 phone landed I dropped it off with his guy and promised him when the iphone 11 landed he will get it. He bought another set of deal of 4 sealed phones those landed few days later and the iphone 11 i shoped on eBay landed too I found out it had and after market screen and Face ID was bad I can’t give him that so I told him to go pick just the 4 other phone of which he did total of 16 phones no issues now he called me an said he really needs the factory unlocked iphone 11 that he really needs to sort a client ,I wanted him to really be a little patient I told him the issue I had with Mikky mixing up one iphone 11 for someone else and that of that person for me but was rectified few days later .Of which that very one is the one mcmayor is supposed to take and the one from eBay he is supposed to take.
Fews later he called me and sounded pissed that I am not communicating with him over the whereabouts of the iphone 11 ,i told him that the iphone 11 I got another one on its way for you that once it lands I will bring it to him ..which was only a matter of few days, he did not call me before making to complain here

Of which the phone landed on 23rd of March
But he asked for a refund ..

The watches was a picker told me a seller she met had series watches
2 series 2 And 1 series 3 all 42mm
I asked her the price we agreed
When the watches got here i took it straight from pick up location to meet his guy at CV and I did not check the items ..
I sent peter the screenshot of prove of description picker gave me before I bought the deal and even told him to confirm from picker if I ever knew the where series 1 and not 2

Chisomk9 ,I don't expect anything short of the truth from you so don't paint what is not here.I can post screenshots of unreplied WhatsApp messages that I sent to you here.I called your line several times without you answering or returning my calls so your communication is zero.You remember I sent you a text message dated March 18 that I was going to call you out if you don't do the needful and you never replied that text.The said iPhone 11 I paid for was on February 11 and you never told me you already sold the phone to McMayor.So why would you collect me money from thinking you would shop for the item on Ebay for me,was that the arrangement we had? If I remember vividly @ChisomK9, when there was an issue the other day, the watches was sent by you to Omicpet office and after verification from Omicpet....Refund was initiated. So, why does @Peterflexy001 had to wait for your arrival or your presence in a location before the "right thing" might be done?

I told him chidi(has an office at computer village) could help him check the watches since he has dropped items with him to give me several times.Hardly does chisomk9 get to ikeja without dropping by at chidi's office so I believe there is an existing relationship between them.
If chisomk9 doesn't want chidi in the picture like he said,he should suggest means to get the watch to him or he should have someone check it for him.I am not cool with his response of "whenever I am in the market" that he would check.I don't want to be running after him again

Chisomk9 just refunded 680k for the 2 pieces of iPhone 11 pro max and 1 iPhone 11 I paid for.He is yet to resolve issues bordering on the apple wrist watches he sold.He told me he needed to check the watches which is quite understandable, I suggested that chidi can help him check the watches since he has dropped several items with him before to give to me and his was response was "chidi is out of the picture ".I offered to have my dispatch guy deliver to him if he is in Lagos and he told me he will let me know anytime he is in the market.
I want to get those watches off me because I can't say exactly when chisomk9 will be in the market.I asked him exactly when he would be available and he told me "I am not available for business for now"

Really a tough one here..... Please let's exercise patience..... The chisomk9 I know won't do anything to spoil his reputation. I've known him for quite a while. He actually had issues with his WhatsApp but should be back soon. Was able to reach out to him yesterday after an extended period of absence. I'm Sure he's working towards resolving this.

What explanation are you talking about here chisomk9. I can pull up screenshots of the endless calls I made to your line without you calling back or sending me text message.You don't communicate well.How do you explain selling the same phone to me and McMayor?I called you several times with my line but you didn't pick up only for me to call you with another line but you picked and immediately you heard my voice you started acting like network was bad
