The market must bottom up for appreciable progress in capital appreciation. It is a good time to go on rampage sowing into good stocks.

Don't be surprised seeing Zenith at N15 and GT at N22, Be greedy when others are fearful.

It will take more 4YEARS for market to bottom out. Buhari isn't contesting again so he got nothing else to prove if not to keep accumulating more DEBTS for whoever will take over.

In no time the ECONOMY will BOMBERANG. the

I can't believe that some people have enjoyed 15% and 19% interest in the past! A quick check showed that things were so bad in the country during that period.

Please gurus in the house, Is there a way the interest can go up to those period quoted above and it will not have any adverse effects on our economy?

Since you budget 2m for land & fencing. I will advice you invest all the 20m in TB for 365days tenor then use the 12% upfront interest which is be equivalent to N2.4m to execute your project whereas your 20m capital will still be intact.
