PoliticsRe: NLC And TUC REPLIES President Goodluck Jonathan by PeterKbaba: 2:21am On Jan 08, 2012
We can divide Nigeria into 36 ( Regions or States ) without been divided as a country, We will have 36 country in 1 , ( United State Of Nigeria ).
Each state will still have their states, elect their state governors, each state in the country would elect a representative ( who would represent the state at the federal level)
That way, the federal government's power and stress would be decentralized and we won’t have so much power concentrated in the center, Each state representative would come together to give their SWOT analysis ( Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Treat) their state are facing and expect the federal government to regulate laws that would benefit all states.
Then the federal government would change the allocation of resources funds, Every region would have a central bank (all linked to the Central Bank of Nigeria), The amount generated by each states 40% back to state, 20% state local government, 20% to Central Bank Of Nigeria for savings, 20% to key regional developments for the whole country like (Free Education, Health, cheap housing, train, refineries etc ).
Now we need to have a Nigerian Identity I.D Card ( indicating your country, state, local community, name, picture, citizen number etc) all this data should be cumulated together in 1 central data managed by the federal government, and this id most be used, when transacting with bank, health, housing, education etc, This would reduce crime at all level (As every citizen would have the impression they can be traced if the carry out any crime).
It will reduce state crises; were all citizens in a state would definitely identify people in the state from people coming in to do business, invest or to cause crises.
State would manage their security with community policing and the federal government would have a Special Police Force (Incase the state is under any security treat (either it be local of foreign treat), the federal government can come in and interfere and after the is peace in the state, they special force would leave.
The federal government would only deal with Law regulations, Foreign policies, Military, Navy, Air-force for international treats coming to the country etc.
This would bring about massive constructions and development from all states, competition, regional partnership by individual states etc; solve the power crises, because each state would invest in their own power.
This will make us the strongest country in Africa. This is only possible if we are serious with ourselves and forget about the past. We cannot continue to dwell on the past. The wests are controlling our mind set without we knowing.

Eko Ile, can you kindly explain to all this critics of the eko atlantic city project that dont even understand what investment is, They don't seem to understand the economic advantage this project is to we Lagosian and even Nigeria and a whole, This project is solely private sector driven, and not Tax payers funds, they way most of them presume it is. It is the suitable environment, were top class companies around the world will feel comfortable to open an headquarters for the manufacturing of their products or services to the african market or even to other countries outside africa, cause labor is cheaper there in Lagos "you know what they say, the more the inflow of companies and private investments, these always an increase in the rate of employment, I have studied Fashola very well, he handles Lagos like a country, he may not be perfect , but at-least he is the most learned and performing governor with intellectual ways of making sure all projects he starts are completed, Look at all the strategic project he is doing to bring Lagos among the world developed cities, LAMATA, LAWMA, BRT, LASGOS RAIL , LEKKI TOLL , LEKKI FREE TRADE ZONE, LEKKI AIRPORT, EKO ATLANTIC CITY, just to mention a few, all this can lead this country to the promise land, even the eko atlantic structures alone can boost the tourism in Lagos, , If one wants solve unemployment, its not sensible to start from the top, its better to start from the root, Fashola is fixing the infrastructural deficit we lack to solve the unemployment, Why can't we Nigerians just stop all this criticism , tribalism and build naija together, If una dey see beta thing , make una appreciate, Fashola carry go, We C You, Eko oni baje oOOOo

We can divide nigeria into 3 parts ( Regions ) without been divided as a country, We will have 3 country in 1 , ( United Regions Of Nigeria ).
Each region will still have their states, elect their state governors, each state in the region would elect a prime minister ( who would represent the region with the federal government)
That way, the federal government power and stress would be decentralized and we wont have so much power concentrated in the center, Each prime ministers would come together to give their SWOT analysis ( Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Treat) their region are facing and expect the federeal government to regulate laws that would benefit all regions.
Then the federal government would change the allocation of regional resource funds, Every region would have a central bank ( all linked to the Central Bank of Nigeria), The amount generated by each states 35% back to state, 15% state local government, 30% to Central Bank Of Nigeria, 20% to key regional developments for the 3 regions like ( Free Education, Health, cheap housing etc ).
Now we need to have a Nigerian Identity I.D Card ( indicating your country, state, local community, name, picture, citizen number etc) all this data should be commulated together in 1 central data managed by the federal government, and this id most be used, when transacting with bank, health, housing, education etc, This would reduce crime at all level.

BusinessRe: Failure To Remove Fuel Subsidy Will Lead To Economy Collapse – GEJ by PeterKbaba: 9:28pm On Oct 25, 2011
This issue is very easy to solve, the FG should repair the 4 existing refineries we have to full production level and since we don't have enough funds to build new refineries due to other infrastructural projects. The FG can simply bargain with the United States to come build 5 more refineries for the country with a monthly payment with our crude oil , maybe 200,000 barels monthly, till the money is completed, This would be inform of loan given buy the investor to build the refineries and we payback with oil, just like Trade By Barter, and after 2 years to 4 years, we have 5 refineries to refine our crude and help in providing more jobs,

This would be the best thing that can ever happen to Nigeria as a whole, we need to forget tribal sentiments and elect leaders who are educated, who have the zeal for change and the interest of the Nigerian masses in heart, FASHOLA FOR PRESIDENT & OSHIOMHOLE FOR VICE PRESIDENT 2015
