This is very accurate. Created a post sometime ago about how their services are so amazing. They actually save me so much money anytime I ship with them. And I always have peace of mind because I know nothing will happen to my items. People will just come out to talk bad about someone's business without evidence. If something happened, I'm sure they have sorted it out but people will always be people and try to badmouth. Anyway, up Shoptomydoor! If you are out there to spoil someone else’s brand, that’s really not fair without any concrete evidence to show that you’ve used their service before. Are you joking or what? DHL, UPS and FedEx rates everyone knows is high and only affordable to those who have enough money to throw out there.
I have personally used Shoptomydoor for many of my shipments from the USA and I can bet you it’s one of the best freight forwarders I can recommend to anyone anytime. Their combine and save service is something you can’t get elsewhere as I have personally saved a lot with it. This is quite true. I have gotten a refund from them for an item that got damaged when I shipped with them. I didn't even need to pay insurance, apparently that comes free. The company is quite committed to their words. They made sure I got a full refund in 24 hours even though the item was damaged in transit and couldn't possibly be their fault. Even the process of getting the refund wasn't stressful at all. More kudos to them, they're doing great.

Isn't it amazing that this company called shoptomydoor has a better way of handling the fears of Nigerians? I mean, they are the only shipping company in Nigeria that I know will you pay you back the entire money spent on shipping any item as well as the money spent on buying the item back to you, if by any means the products you are shipping through them at Shoptomydoor gets missing or damaged.

Yipeeeeee! I'm so excited. Shoptomydoor just delivered my package. I never knew shopping from Amazon, and other online stores can be this stress-free. I saw some deals on fashion items last month and i desired to buy them all, it's my first time using Shoptomydoor and I am glad they didn't break my heart like my other shippers did. Those ones do not ship as much as you want to buy and they limit you to what they can actually ship. Another one i have used was so so terrible and will never update me, then when i call their customer service, that was what got me running from my former shipper - you won't believe as big as they are, i was so furious they didn't deliver to my door after they had promised they will. So i went to the supposed puck up and my delivery update was a lie! My package was not there and the lady was so freaking rude! As i was talking she was humming a song, at a point i was so frustrated and then was about saying something and said, "first of all" and the next thing she said was "go down low". I left angry and not even a call was made to me. I'm glad i found Shoptomydoor, my fears of shopping and shipping from USA and UK online stores are gone! This is a first of many more shopping. I have used them a couple of times and I never had this kind of issue though. They mentioned to me that they had to do a fraud check process and needed to see my credit card, which I just took a picture of and sent to them, and that was pretty much it. I got all my stuff in one piece!
