Did he not lose the presidential election? If a soccer team is said to have lost a game with a lone goal deficit without having to concede defeat, so 2.5 millions deficit should be celebrated for conceding defeat!

However, direct stealing of billions of US dollars in cash and through shady transfers without having to carry "ghana must go" was evident, but nothing was done, because "stealing isn't corruption".
