ChybuzzDD: It's called Pseudofolliculitis Pubis(Barbae), caused by the inflammation of the hair follicles as a result of cutting the hairs too low, especially with razor blades/shaving sticks. When you cut the hairs too low, while trying to regrow, their sharp stumps impinges on your skin, causing a bump and inflammation of the overlying skin.
To prevent it, stop cutting to low with shaving sticks. Use clippers instead. Shave in the direction of the hairs, not against it, and don't pull the skin taut. Then, apply a steroid cream(Hydrocortisone cream) immediately after shaving, and continue twice daily for at least 3days. Steroids will reduce/eliminate the inflammation.
Stop taking that Ciprotab because this is not an infection.
Thank you so much. I've stopped taking the Ciprotab
Greetings esteemed Nairalanders, please I need help with finding a remedy for these shaving bumps. I first noticed them at the end of March 2025, after I shaved my pubic area, it was a bit scanty then, but after I shaved again yesterday, it seemed to have spread.
These bumps don't itch, neither are they painful. I have done all the necessary tests including "HIV, Syphillis, Gonorrhea, Herpes, HPV, Full blood count, Hepatitis (A,B &C), and even urine test, and all came out negative.
I've gone to see a doctor, and he placed me on antibiotics (ciprotab) for seven days, I'm currently on the third day. Please has anyone ever experienced this and are there topical creams/ointments that I can use to clear these bumps?
I'd appreciate your meaningful contributions/suggestions.
I get baffled when I read articles and comments about how guys loses their hard earned resources to some golddigging ladies.
See, there are super rich ladies out there who'll spend dirty on well orientated guys. Much isn't needed, just look good, speak well and make sure to have a great sense of humor.
I live inside Westend Estate in Ikota Lekki, a lady rented the apartment for me. I met her as a Dispatch Rider.

Sometimes beef, at times chicken and other times it's fish.
I am not very rigid when it comes to food. I just let the mood direct.
Right now I don't even want to perceive any chicken aroma because I had Alot lately. Other times it's beef of fish I don't want to have anything to do with.
It just depends on mood.
Right now beef has been my succour. It may change anytime!

Kylekent59: You filmed him and brought it to social media for what?
For us to mock him or what?
Why can't you take the video to his superiors rather than bring it on social media?
How will his kids feel if they see this? His family members? If the man commits suicide because of this. Who killed him?
Many individuals are immature. He may believe he was doing the right thing by posting it on social media, but he was not.
Bringing the video to his superiors and being confronted with it demonstrates maturity.
Putting the footage on social media is childish.
Shut your dirty mouth up! Person dey disgrace himself, his family and his country and you dey campaign for am. You are one of the problems wey we dey face for this country. Very Mumu somebody
Hello! Greetings Esteemed Nairalanders, I troway salute to everybody, abeg make una catch am
Please I'd love your inputs on this topic. I have a property located in the Badagry axis, and I'd love to take advantage of the Lagos state government amnesty program for buildings without permits to get mine done.
I'd love to know the cost implication of having a survey plan done, as well as the building plan (complete drawing). I'd also appreciate insights on to how much it will cost to get the plan approved by the relevant authorities.
I eagerly await feedback from the experts in the house. Gracias

DyshApp: In a recent episode of her engaging podcast, Toke Makinwa, the multi-talented actress and media personality, delved into the intriguing realm of male preferences when it comes to women. According to her, men might not be all that keen on women who are overly nice.
Drawing inspiration from the wisdom of a particular aunt, Toke Makinwa shared her family member's insightful perspective. This wise aunt firmly believed that a woman need not be excessively nice to capture a man's heart. In fact, she argued that a delicate and overly polite lady might find herself taken advantage of and eventually sidelined by the men in her life.
In an unexpected twist, Toke Makinwa suggested that it's the not-so-nice ladies who often stand a better chance of tying the knot. According to her aunt's theory, these women somehow managed to capture men's hearts more effectively.
However, her podcast guest, Kie Kie, had an entirely different perspective to offer. Kie Kie boldly stated, "This is what I believe: when you know how to, for lack of a better word, put a man to nice use, then he's more functional." She emphasized that men appreciate being reminded of what they need to do.
So, there you have it—a lively discussion on the age-old debate of whether men prefer nice or not-so-nice ladies. Toke Makinwa and her guest Kie Kie certainly brought their unique viewpoints to the table, making for an entertaining and thought-provoking conversation.
