Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction with deployed staff
Maintain consistent communication with outsourced/deployed staff across locations
Handle and resolve complaints, conflicts, and workplace issues in a timely and professional manner
Act as the primary liaison between clients and the organization
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or escalate concerns when necessary
Ensure proper documentation and updating of staff and client records
Prepare reports on client feedback, staff performance, and issue resolution
Support general administrative duties within the HR/operations team
Ensure compliance with company policies by deployed staff.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients/staff.
Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 monthly.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling travel bookings, issuing tickets, and assisting clients with travel-related inquiries.
Candidates must have prior experience in the travel and tour industry and possess good knowledge of airline ticketing systems and travel processes.
Key Responsibilities

Attend to customer inquiries and provide travel advisory services.
Book and issue local and international flight tickets.
Handle hotel reservations, visa assistance, and tour packages.
Process ticket revalidation, rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
Maintain accurate customer records and booking information.
Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
Stay updated on travel policies, airline regulations, and industry trends.
Requirements

Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. Degree in any relevant field.
Proficiency in ticketing and reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or related GDS systems).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in visa processing and travel consultancy will be an added advantage.
Sales and marketing experience in travel services is a plus.
Salary:N200,000 per month.
