Zionmdde:
Free and fair election in 2027 please, let's vote him again but this time more transparently
No ballot snatching
No if you are not voting tinubu don't vote
No rewriting results written in polling units
No vote buying

We are ready to vote tinubu again because he has done wonderfully well. All the governors, house of rep and all citizens are behind him

Free and fair elections please. Let's check something

grin grin grin angry angry
Sure, he will be declared winner before 4pm. The moment you read the news that president Tinubu wins his polling unit, then the 36 states and FCT is lockdown. But if the news reads Tinubu losses polling unit then u can be checking something. But that can never happen. Nigerians knows the truth and vote not sympathy votes.
PoliticsRe: Name 2 Things You Believe The President Should Do To Make Nigeria Better by phemray(m): 7:39am On Jun 08, 2025
franchasng:
Let me open the floor.

I strongly believe that if the President does these two things, Nigeria will become more secure:

1.) Fully implement State Police & Forest Guards

2.) Electoral reforms to make electronic transmission of polling unit results compulsory and irev a compulsory part of election result collation.

Also make Presidential, Governorship and LGA Chairman election same day, Senate, Reps, State House of Assembly and LGA Councilors same day.

I will stop here
Lolz, you mean with these 3 above, Nigeria will just be better?? I don't understand the better you are taking about ooo, that the people greediness and love for money, power and corruption will end? Or that food will be plenty and cheaper with aboundant foreign reserves or there will be homes for everyone with good roads just like that ?etc which better or best are we talking now.

The expected one party State is seriously coming up. Don't know why people are blaming Jagaban. When people die to selfish interest decided to scatter their party, those screaming now failed to call them out. Tho quite unfortunate, but everyone is currently fighting for their political survival.
Jagaban is a fantastic leader. APC has him as assets, no other party has such a person reason Thier crisis were difficult to be resolved like in APC. He is a master planner and strategist. Imagine establishing a sophisticated secretariat that made him a National leader.
He created leaders in all States and FCT- all LGs-all wards-all polling units in Nigeria, create women wing with same top to bottom leaders. Also created reconciliation committee at all levels recognised by the NWC of the party. So tell me how him with APC will not be winning elections.

So the governor should have rigged the election in favour of Tinubu because he was in charge of the state's resources just like other evil minded governors did against the votes of the masses! huh This writer is one of the main cause of the problems Nigerians are facing today, how wicked and conscience-dead can people be angry
So Obi got over 98% in Anambra was not rigging?? Even with clear videos of humiliating people that voted other party? LP has the highest vote rigging machinery, but was cut short of the access to INEC server that day pains them. INEC knows their plan.

Yea that's how a true leader does, expecially when things are not right or not being done right. Why Obi, Atiku or Kwankwaso did not lead the protest against Tinubu is simply because they know he is right in all indications

There is no regret like looking black at end of your life clock and realizing you never made a change when you have all the time in the world to do so. Nobody is going to live here forever but our works will live after Us when we must have gone. Life is not all about grabbing it by force and forcing millions of your Country men into abject poverty.
Lolz, hope you are aware that Nigeria just got it right since 1999.
Sincerely with all proofs, if not Tinubu, no other of all the previous contestants has vision to a greater Nigeria. You don't need to agree but the fact is, OBJ, Yar'Adua, Jonathan are all invited to become a president, they never prepared or flight for it.
Tinubu policies are just the best, expecially the LG autonomy and tax reforms.
Imagine, how can state government be waiting for FG monthly allocation to survive? Peter Obi depends only on FG allocation for 8 Years, what a dull person.
PoliticsRe: Tinubu To Nigerians: You Are Entering New Prosperity Era I Promised 2 Years Ago by phemray(m): 12:49pm On Jun 06, 2025
mmadu4:
Once upon a time in Nigeria, the people worried about their future. Many felt that their leader, President Bola Tinubu, was not a good person. They believed he only cared about himself and not about the citizens of the country. As time passed, more and more citizens started to feel that he was making fun of them, ignoring their needs and dreams.

The markets were filled with people discussing their troubles. "He promises change but gives us nothing," one man said. "Our roads are bad, and the schools are falling apart,” another woman added. They felt trapped in a world where their voices were unheard. Even in their homes, families whispered about how their leader seemed distant and uncaring.

As weeks turned into months, a sense of darkness began to cover the nation. The people lost their trust in the government. They watched as the prices of food and living increased while their hopes faded. Many believed that President Tinubu was living in luxury while they struggled. "He laughs at our pain," a young teacher said, shaking her head in disbelief.

One day, a group of brave citizens decided to stand up. They planned a peaceful march to express their feelings. They gathered in front of the presidential palace, holding signs and chanting for change. The atmosphere was charged with hope, and for the first time in a long while, they felt united. They wanted their voices to be heard.

However, President Tinubu saw the growing crowd and felt threatened. Instead of hearing them out, he made jokes on live television, mocking their efforts. "They think this will change anything," he laughed, showing a lack of respect for his own people. Many felt hurt and angry, thinking their leader was out of touch and playing with their future.

Months later, as the pressures of leadership took their toll, the president began to face health problems. One afternoon, while attending a meeting, he suddenly collapsed. Medical teams rushed to help, but it was too late. He died from a heart attack, leaving behind a country filled with mixed emotions.

Some felt relief, believing that change was coming. Others felt sadness for a leader who never understood their struggles. As news spread, people talked about the lessons learned. They realized it was time to take their future into their own hands and strive for a better Nigeria.

This I have seen
God is more than man. Moreso no nation can take Thier future into their hands without a visionary leader. We all fee pains and it's normal in every good policies.
Today, people forgot OBJ banking reforms send many bankers and families jobless due to banks consolidation, that reform was the beginning of kidnapping as business people from the east, north, south no longer travel with cash as it's used to be, many pains were felt from GSM introduction in 2001, many cries as NEPA, NPA, Nigeria airways etc were sold off, but today we have forgotten. By tomorrow, we will forget the pains of these current reforms but feeling the gains.

Was it Tinubu that started banditry in the North or what? What nonsense is this one talking?
Am not a fan of Tinubu, but this is arrant nonsense. In fact, am paying a courtesy call on Tinubu next week.
Imagine, they causes problems with religion and politics in their region and now threatening someone that was intelligent enough to have converted Thier own future bandits to area boys and agbero, at least it's better.

I wish Tinubu appointed the man to head a committee for ending banditry with headquarters at zamfara or Maiduguri Forest

PoliticsRe: Ex-EFCC Boss, Bawa Unveils Book On Nigeria’s Fuel Subsidy Fraud by phemray(m): 2:31pm On Jun 05, 2025
malali:
It is crucial to recognize that fraud thrives not just because criminals are bold, but because systems are complicit. What Bawa recounts-ghost imports, forged documentation, double claims-is not simply the work of "fraudsters" but the legacy of a deep-state collusion economy that the EFCC itself has been accused of shielding at times.

While we commend the former chairman for documenting his perspective, many will ask: Why now? Why not while in office? A revelation after tenure runs the risk of becoming a post-facto alibi, rather than a proactive instrument of justice.

We need more than chronicles of what went wrong - we need radical restructuring of how oil subsidies are tracked, approved, and paid. This includes blockchain-based verification of fuel imports, transparent port logistics, and real-time public audit trails.

Nigeria doesn't need another book on fraud. We need functional justice architecture. Until whistleblowers are protected, digital trails are public, and corruption is politically suicidal - not lucrative - the "shadow" will persist.
Has any of the past EFCC boss written anything? So he should be encouraged for others to follow. We all guess there were subsidy fraud but someone has just documented it and the book can be referred to anytime.

Meaning he shouldn't have written the book ? The truth on criminality can only come from an insider or beneficial of such whenever he)she repented. otherwise to outsider, it's the more you look the less you see. Most crimes/ frauds are always well organised.

Tinubu is not just only the beneficiary, he went to Chatham house and declared that he will form a national party that will unseat the then president and he did. Whatever strategy he use, he did and today Nigerians can see his bold decisions and the benefits.
People should stop comparing Jonathan government, he himself said he never prepare then but God gave him the presidency.

Wrong! Tinubu is a very vindictive man. Same man snubbed his new fall-guy, Sanwo-olu, just today. He only bought Reno the pen-for-hire to neutralize him and make him desist from doing damage to his battered reputation. Same as Bwala. Tinubu should be very worried if all his new found friends around him were either financially induced or forcefully coerced like Fubara.

You can't buy love neither can you copy respect!
The question is, how do someone feels whenever you are being showed love beyond your imagination by someone you have hated and abused severely. He leaves one to his conscience and it's difficult to undo the past.

Votes of Nigerians always count. That is the reason you see Many candidates among 50 political parties with zero vote in polling units, ward and LG. Such candidate has family friends co-workers business partners etc but because they don't want to waste Thier votes, it was given to where it has value. So Nigerians votes counts.
