Lolz, what is big about their vocabularies??, Law is law with Thier terminologies same as different engineering department or medical terminology or economics or Banking etc. you have to go for interpretations if you are not not in the field. Don't see everything as English words so as not to create confusion. Frequency in English is different from frequency in engineering.
