Yes government are failures in running businesses on Thier own for sure but I think the difference between OBJ's NNPC and NNPCL now is the involvement of partnership with foreign private entities which will not allow failures. Moreso, Dangote as a running private firm will put a challenge to them not to fail. 8. Renovated all secondary schools in Anambra state
9. Rebuilt all universities and tertiary institutions in Anambra
10. Paid off all contractors and salaries before leaving office.
