Restarting the router should work, if the situation persists keep restarting till it works

Hello. My airtel 5g router was working perfectly for months but for about 3 months now, it has been a different experience. It works at times normally but sometimes just stops browsing and I have to switch to my phone Hotspot with mtn to browse. Then, later it starts browsing again. I have chatted with customer care and they hv worked on it on their end according to them, yet, no difference. What could be the problem?

Who else has noticed that towards the end of their Airtel Unlimited subscription probably a week to the day it expires the network gets really slow below 2mbps even at midnight, this the second time I have subscribed to the 20mbps and I always experience this

From Mobile app yes they can but if you want the cheaper version which requires a new sim registration it's on hold for now

Currently Unlimited package is not going and it's because it's NIMC server is down since last Friday or Thursday thereabout. Our unlimited package is 30days sha... Hopefully it's restored soon

Yeah, I'm thinking in the same direction. Maybe the 20mbps will affect the speed,meanwhile I just subscribed for 100gb last night. Closely observing it now to see how it goes.

Personally I've not used the android box before so I cannot give a valid explanation to why it's like that but it could be as a result of the network in your environment or because of too many load on the 20mbps unlimited plan because the speed is capped so you can't do much as such. Advice that you can experiment do normal data plan and put in the android box maybe 1gb. Or. 2gb and retry it if it's persist it's the network if it's fast then it's the unlimited plan not fast enough

My Airtel android TV box seems to be slow, please is there a reason for it?
I normally recharge it with the 30k unlimited monthly plan but it still takes time to load especially when streaming some apps on the TV.
I wish to achieve seamless streaming of videos while using it pls...any solution to that?

I purchased the Airtel Android box that comes with Unlimited plan. I registered it with HBB not the normal sim registration but the complimentary Unlimited data did not drop for about 3 days now despite getting a successful sms and email confirmation welcoming me to Airtel broadband network. Please what can i do? I don call Airtel tire!
