You really did a good job as a professional builder and engineer but since it's a one storey duplex were you afraid to cast the German floor which is 100mm without putting beam because I see that as waste of rod and labour unless there is dampness in the soil of the land. Secondly, the plumbing work. I have a question. I was alittle bit confused when the pipe went down to the foundation. I thought it would have started from the dpc block..if person flush the toilet won't it go down to the foundation?

Thanks for your compliments sir. So answer the question, there is an opening for supply and waste pipe at the foundation wall. Sometimes you may not see it at this stage of the construction but when the plumber want to connect the waste pipes to the inspection chambers, the walls be open and the connection will be done appropriately.

For now the form work has reach 90%, reinforcements 90%, plumbing work 100% and electrical works ongoing.
