So we went back to work since last week. The perimeter of this site has now been determined by the youth assembly of the village head by their president. We immediately, started the excavation of this final trench and other works. See pics more below.

We are still waiting for the community to resolve the boundary issues on this side of the site perimeter.

So, guys works has being going on in this site sectionally. Reason being that the boundaries has to be settled by neighbouring land owners. Actually this site is in the heart of the village, so you one expect that issues of boundary has to be determined before work commences. Infact, when we started the excavation of the foundation trench, one of the owners rush to the site and stop us from working further, that we encroached on his land. Respectfully, we asked him where his boundary is which he did showed us and we made adjustment quickly. The site has three main side like a triangle. We have determined two side of the site, works has commenced remaining one side. That section has to be determine by the youth president of the community. Reason being that, that very part of the site perimeter shares boundary with a main road. These factors are affecting the pace of work but all the same we are deploying experience to handle the situation. Below are some of the progresses we have made so far.

DUNKA:Watertank is better. It saves you maintenance headaches due to leakeges caused by air bubbles created in concrete slabs that were not escaped during casting. So water leaks through those paths. Secondly, you can determine any height you want for increased water pressure. Construction cost of water tank is quite higher as compared to the other option. |
You are welcome to December! Remain blessed. |
