Zurich — FIFA's ethics investigator has ordered
football officials to return luxury watches
worth more than $25 000 over the coming
weeks.
FIFA says the Brazilian federation distributed
gift bags with the watches at the pre-World
Cup Congress to the 28 executive committee
members as well as an official with each of the
32 teams.
FIFA says that the Brazilians obtained the
watches from sponsor Parmigiani for $8 750
each. But an appraisal found that the watches
had a market value of 25 000 Swiss francs ($26
600).
FIFA says ethics proceedings won't be launched
against officials who return the watches by
October 24. The returned watches will then be
donated to a non-profit organization or
"organizations committed to corporate social
responsibility projects in Brazil."

Ethiopia's top officials ordered Nigerian
fans out of the stadium before they
started their final training session on
Friday ahead of the 2014 World Cup
qualifier against the Super Eagles at the
UJ Esuene Stadium in Calabar.
The Walya Antelopes have a must win
encounter against the Super Eagles on
Saturday and they did not want to take
their chances after losing the first leg 2-1
in Addis Ababa despite playing a good
game.
Minutes before they commenced their
practice session at the UJ Esuene
Stadium, the Team Manager of the
Ethiopians instructed stern looking
policemen to chase the fans out of the
stadium while journalists were also made
to face similar experience after they had
spent the first 15 minutes attending to
their job.
No reason was given for such directive
but the police carried out the Ethiopians'
orders with impunity and chased away
everyone out of the stadium arena.
The East African nation is seeking their
first ever World Cup ticket while Nigeria
will be attending its fifth if the Walya
Antelopes are surmounted.

It's really a long story but i will make it concise: I have bin in a relationship bearly a year now but d relationship just got capsized into d oceans of confusion. d drama began wen d girl came up wit issues like; she need to be alone for God, her conscience is really beating her, blah blah blah... and finally, she asked for a quit which i gladly did bcs i didn't wanted to compromise her bliv. after d quit, i warned her to stay away frm me but yet, she wouldn't stop disturbing me for d reasons i dnt knw. after a while, she asked me to come to her church and make my relationship defined to her pastor blah blah blah... but i told her am not interested bcs such decision shld come frm me and not her. As d crisis continued, i got to realize dat she want me to leave my church (i attends Catholic yl she attend Catholic charismatic church) to attend a church dat preaches faith, imagine! Well, i managed to control my anger so i dnt act like unbeliever. however, we managed to get bak on d track not until now dat d drama has entered another episode. some weeks ago, we had an issue regarding to her ex, to an extent dat she passed 3nyts wt her ex.As If dat was not enof, she told me something dat really got me mad.... dat dos nyts she spent wt him, she found something unique in him which is not in me. dia and den, i told her to go her way while i go mine. she lamented as if she lost her relative but dat couldn't change d situation. two days after den, she cm up again telling me dat she really need to quit bcs dey had a program in dia church and a man of God revealed to her dat ryt frm her conception, God chosed her to serve him and diafore, she must quit bf relationship to face him. well, to cut it short, we quited! now, d issue at hand is dat she wouldn't let me be. she keeps sending me heart capturing pictures on d whatssap, she's always on phone wt me. frm looks of tins, she want to come bak. IBBULITES.
