you need a good computer system @least 10GB RAM to enable you install android studio,download kotlin or java programming language or ebooks on programming tutorial on android. i believe that will go along way to help if you already have programming idea.

Ohkay, yes javascript can be used on both the front end and the backend, it can be used as a backend with d help of a javascript runtime environment, nodejs
So within, ur time frame, I had suggest u go for php, u should be able to really get d hang of it, unlike javascript(nodejs) , which has numerous frameworks to learn.

In my opinion, you can learn two languages at a time; you just have to give space between the tutorials. For example, nothing bad in learning Python in the morning and HTML in the night.
