JesusSonOfGod:I Argee with your point |
There was a day I attended one church program, All the prayer points were solely against Enemies. The prayer points were close to 10,About 9 of them were just Enemies should go blind,Enemies should die,Enemies must go,Enemies should become my slave, dumb,Lame ETC. I was so pissed when the pastor started justifying the prayer points with scriptures. The kind of christianity we practice in this part of the World,is such where we Treat God Like our slave. Just cos God is Love doesn't mean we should disrespect him when asking him for something. If you are praying for the death of your Enemies,it's like asking God to condemn a soul to Hell just cos' they annoy you. When you ask for death of your Enemies is like asking God to condemn a soul for your selfish reasons. How we ask for favours from God matters a lot. When asking God for you should ask him With love and fear at the same time. Ask God a favour like a 10 years old boy asking his Father to get him a Bicycle. The boy would ask in fear but also in love. *Stop asking God for favours like you own Him *Stop raising your voice at God,Some christians believe that the more they raise their voice, the better their chances. *Stop asking for the death of another soul.if someone had ask for your death while you were still a sinner,You wouldn't have had the chance to know Christ. *Always pray for the soul of your Enemies,if paul could be converted then any Human being can be touched by God. Happy Easter |

Former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, has lashed out at Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi State after herdsmen murdered 25 people on Thursday. Fani-Kayode, writing on his Twitter page, said he hoped Bello who is a “staunch supporter of Buhari, is clapping for himself”. He tweeted: “Fulani herdsmen killed 25 innocent people in Kogi state today and abducted 2 WAEC officials in Oyo state. “I sincerely hope that the Governor of Kogi state, who is a staunch supporter of Buhari, is clapping for himself. “Those who ride on a tiger’s back usually end up in its stomach.” The herdsmen were said to have attacked two communities in Dekina local government area namely Oganienugwu and Ikende and also Abejukolo in Omala local government area, all in the Eastern Senatorial district of the state. Villagers were reportedly moving out of Obakume, Idirisu and Oji Apata to escape the rampaging Fulani herdsmen. http://dailypost.ng/2018/03/15/fani-kayode-blasts-governor-bello-herdsmen-killing-25-people-kogi/ |

GOVERNOR AMBODE RECOMMENDS 25 YEARS JAIL TERM FOR RAPISTS Gov. Akinwunmi Ambode of Lagos State on Monday recommended minimum sentence of 25 years for rapists, saying rape should not be met with light sentencing. Ambode made the recommendation during a symbolic walk against domestic and sexual violence at Alausa. “It is highly recommended. We need new laws which will respond adequately to the nature and occurrences of this era.“Domestic violence is a crime and should be treated as such. The Protection against Domestic Violence Law, 2007 should, therefore, be amended accordingly,” he said. Ambode urged the Nigeria Police Force, which was usually the first point of call, to strive to be more professional and ensure proper investigation of reported cases by grooming specialist officers in that regard. “As the saying goes, the best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago; the next best time is now. “ We firmly believe that the actions we take today will be the seeds sown for a brighter future for our women and indeed, our children. “We believe our state can continue to pioneer in this agenda and become a benchmark not just in Nigeria, but globally,” he said. The governor said that a lot of progress had been made in protecting the rights of women and the girl-child, and against “oppression of the female gender’’, there was still so much to be done. “We need to ask ourselves the hard question: for this course we honour today, how can we truly ensure we are walking the talk? “In our state, there has been a significant increase in formal and informal reporting of domestic and sexual violence cases, but contrary to what it appears to be, this menace is not a recent development. “These occurrences have been around for years, but they were seen as norms because nobody spoke out against them, and such acts were overlooked based on misguided definitions of gender roles. “What we are tackling today is an almost innate culture which relegates women to the background, and forces them to suffer in silence. “In Lagos, we are waging a war against this culture and we will do everything within our power to transform ours to a culture of equality, respect and dignity for all. “It is a journey of radical transformation, and our government is wholly committed to seeing it through,” he said. Ambode said that the state’s Domestic and Sexual Violence Response Team had executed various interventions and initiatives as regards fighting sexual and gender-based violence. “We are not just reactive in helping survivors, but also taking aggressive steps to prevent future occurrences. “Our aim is to build a system of trust and accountability, where survivors are encouraged to speak out and potential perpetrators are discouraged to commit future acts,” he said.On Land Use charge, the governor noted that the state government was still open to dialogue. “I really mean it when I say I want dialogue. By the end of the week, we should be able to come out with something meaningful to ameliorate the issues being raised,” he said. Earlier, the Commissioner of Police in the state, Mr Imohinmi Edgal, described the walk as significant, saying it would heighten people’s consciousness to always be at alert and report cases of domestic and sexual abuse. Some participants in the walk carried placards with various inscriptions, including “Domestic Violence is Not a Family Matter, Report It”, “Women Empowerment, Gender Parity, that’s what I stand for” and “Lagos State says no to domestic violence”. |

[1] Cristiano Ronaldo and Sergio Ramos - Nereida Gallardo Real Madrid greats Sergio Ramos and Cristiano Ronaldo almost found themselves in an awkward position following their relationship with Nereida Gallardo. A Spanish model, who originally hails from Majorca, Gallardo met Ramos at a Madrid nightclub back in 2007 and the two dated a brief period. In 2008, Gallardo - once again - found a gem in a Madrid club when she met Ronaldo. She got his initials tattooed on her wrist and also spent weekends at Ronaldo's Cheshire home. But after nine months together, the Real Madrid star dumped her by a text message. Gallardo, for obvious reasons, didn't handle the break-up well as she went on to humiliate the star by claiming that he was a flop in bed while speaking on Spanish TV. If that wasn't enough, Gallardo also revealed Ronaldo's favourite underwear - a pair of tight red pants with an elephant's trunk on the front - and, in her own words, "they don't quite fit him." Now that's gotta sting more than a bit.

2.CRISTIANO RONALDO/MARIO BALOTELLI – RAFFAELLA FICO At the age of 21, Italian singer and model Raffaella Fico was on the verge of publicly auctioning off her virginity for a whopping 1 million Euros but withdrew the offer, perhaps considering that the football market was more lucrative. She eventually lost her virginity to Cristiano Ronaldo (as she claims) during their relationship that lasted for about 11 months. And, just like Ronaldo's former ex-girlfriends, she, too, claims that the Real Madrid superstar is no good in bed. In 2011, Fico started dating controversial Italian striker, Mario Balotelli. The pair dated for a few months until Balotelli's infidelity ruined their relationship. Shortly after their break-up, Fico announced her pregnancy provoking the ire of Balotelli who refused to acknowledge that the child was his. It took a DNA test to make Balotelli admit that he was the father.

After her break-up, Yespica got involved with German footballer Mesut Ozil. It is believed that she was the alleged reason behind Real Madrid's decision to sell Ozil to Arsenal. The Los Blancos were miffed by their playmaker's frequent visits from Spain to Milan in order to see her. The visits, apparently, took a toll on his form and the Spanish giants were clearly not impressed.
