THE DOOGEE S60
I got my hands on the Doogee S60 a few days ago and i have got say that the S60 is a device UNLIKE ANY OTHER. It is a flagship rugged in a class of its own amongst rugged phones. When we think of a rugged device made for the outdoors what comes to mind? Big, fat and ugly right? Well the S60 is anything but these, some might even say it looks too good to be a flagship a rugged device.

Moving on from aesthetics and beauty in general and having a look at what's under the hood inspires even greater awe. It comes with 6gigabytes of RAM, 64gigabytes of ROM, runs on MediaTek's Helio P25 (Octa core) with clocking of up to 2.5GHz built on a 16nm processor all running on Google's android 7.0 (Nougat) OS. Now guys these are some serious specs (take note here) for a rugged device. The Doogee S60 combines power, ruggedness and efficiency all in one sleek package that makes you wonder if the words "rugged device"have a new meaning. Not forgetting its 21 Megapixels back camera and 8 Megapixels (Sony IMX 230) with underwater picture taking ability all thanks to its IP68 certification. I could go on and on guys but i would let my full review coming up do the rest for me. The Doogee S60 really redefines the world of rugged smartphones.

Sad truth. All sanitary landfills/"suck aways" should be sealed on all sides but we all know that ain't happening. The only reason i see for most people not being sick yet has to be the role of extreme temperatures found as you move down the earth(temp gradient) and a few boreholes that have their water treated.

PhonesNew Chipsets From Mediatek by phonegeek(op): 5:08pm On Sep 03, 2017
THE HELIO P23 AND P30

A few days ago MediaTek announced the release of its p23 and p30 chipsets which are its latest additions to its Helio family of chips.

THE PERFECT DUO
The company believes that your smartphone plus their new chips should make the perfect duo and they've sort of given us reasons to believe that

1. The perfect duo they believe should give you premium camera experience and connectivity at the same time and these new chipsets plus your device can achieve that.

2. The new chips also promise improved power saving features for your device.
3. Ever wished for 4G and 4G VoLTE on both sims? well your dreams can become reality with the P23 and P30.
For more info you can visit MediaTek's offficial website and don't forget to tell me what you think below.

shocked dude these sites are horrible on mobile. No web developer/designer should dare call himself/herself one let alone the best in Nigeria. The number rule should always be mobile first.

PhonesDoogee Bl7000 by phonegeek(op): 5:23pm On Aug 22, 2017
BE LONG TIME, BE LONG TO YOU.

I find this punchline hilarious but trust me guys, there is nothing funny about this phone's specs.

The BL7000 is doogee's second and latest addition to its BL-series. The BL series was launched about two months ago with the BL5000. The high point of the BL-series when it was launched by the smartphone company was said to be its battery (that explains the "be long" ) and design and the BL5000 did not disappoint in those departments and i'm pretty confident that the BL7000 would do same.

SPECIFICATIONS.

DESIGN: When strong metal meets leather grains is literally the company's choice of words in describing the BL7000.

The beautiful metallic edges the phone are framed and beautifully meet the leather back in a design that screams aesthetic minimalism. It is slim, it is light, it is beautiful leaving it with a superior touch.
It also comes with a sparkling 5.5inch full HD display bringing your eyeballs bright and vivid images for maximum immersion and enjoyment.

BATTERY: This for me has to be the highest point of the BL7000. This devices comes with a whooping 7060mAh pack of juice. Let me break that down into phone usage terms

Standby- 38 days
Gaming- 15.7 hours
Movie watching- 20 hours
Navigation- 35 hours
Calls- 11-12 hours.
Now that's a lot of on-screen time. Lastly it also comes with a 12V/2A fast charger.

STORAGE, CPU AND OS: There's nothing really new as regards storage. It comes out of the box with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of ROM which is enough for heavy 3D games like Asphalt set to medium graphics.

It runs on MediaTek's MT6750 8x Cortex-A53@1.5GHz Octa-core processor and ships with Google's Android 7.0 (N).

CAMERA: Let me start this section by saying Doogee just set a world record with the BL7000 in the world of cameras. The BL7000 is the first phone to possess three (3) 13MP cameras. One front facing 13MP selfie camera (Samsung ISOCELL sensor) and dual rear facing 13MP cameras which possesses Samsung ISOCELL sensor too. 2x lossless optical zoom and 8x digital zoom to bring far objects close without losing detail, face beauty 2.0 at every angle. The device gets a huge thumbs up from me here.

PhonesThe Armor 2 by phonegeek(op):
ULEFONE ARMOR 2

Look at it, just look at it! isn't beautiful? Well folks what you see up there is Ulefone's 2017 flagship killer ''THE ARMOR 2". We've waited and waited and finally it has arrived, with IP68 certification and 6 gigabytes of RAM not forgetting its Helio P25 chipset this phone has definitely got what it takes to put it up to the big boys out there.

I'M GUESSING A LOT OF MAY BE THINKING, WHAT'S IP68?

Have no fear introverted phenome is here. In terms that are not boring IP68 is basically a standard that measures a device's resistance to external substances in this case said substances being dust and water. IP stands International protection marking, while both numbers gives somewhat of a "resistivity scale" for both substances (6 for dust particles and 8 for water) so in a nutshell the Ulefone Armor 2 is dust and water proof (can be immersed in 1.5m of water for 30minutes and still come out kicking).
