I have 3 courses for my PTDF in mind,

1. Msc Data Science Engineering

2. Msc Data Science

3. Supply Chain Analytics (Supply Chain and Managment is the old name on PTDF portal)

I am afraid that the panel might think my 3rd courses don't align with my first two and might raise alarm, my actual goal is to learn machine learning to optimize supply chain operations thats why i choose my first program. do you think I should remove the supply chain and add another data science course as the 3rd? The ultimate goal is to specialize in the supply chain domain as a Data Scientist

You are very correct. That house design will need a lot of 16mm . Nothing less than 100pices (#1.7M) Then 12mm will be up to 200 pieces average .(#2.4M) 10000 blocks at 600 is #6m.
200 sqm of local tile ( 60 x120) @ #15k is 3M
Granite 600k depending on location 30tons x 3
#1.8M.
Roofing sheet 6500 x 400s =2.6M

added all this plus cement at 12m still arrived at 26.9m

yes it can, if you have the land already it can build it, but i will suggest you get the building design and consult the services of a quantity surveyor to know the exact cost, if you are yet to design the house, i will recommend this guy in the below link, he is good both exterior and interior

Those stairs alone will set you back almost 10m! There's a reason it's not common sight in many luxury homes in Naija.

The floor to ceiling glass windows... Don't play. That stuff right there is so expensive, you'll save yourself high blood pressure by just using normal wall and aluminum windows. Trust me

appreciate your feedback. what would be a realistic number because my initial plan was 45m for building 25m for the interiors? I am actually shocked about the numbers for the stairs. One would have thought the stairs won't be that pricey for the easy look and feel.

No sir, it won't. Iron rod is very expensive now and you'll use more of 16mm...by the time they gave me quotation for decking, I had to add an extra 550k that wasn't budgeted for. Cement...even simple carpentry work for the decking, pillars and lintel is a lot now.

Oh wow! What was your final budget for your own duplex? Although my taste and yours could defer. I will add buffers to set a realistic expectations

The highlander or Rx350 would be your best bet here. Reasons below
- the xc90 which I do think is one beautiful vehicle isn’t that reliable. The T6 engines in this vehicles are prone to crazy oil consumptions from failing piston rings. It quite common
- Honda pilot
Would have probably made it, but there’s just something about their gearbox, but might be something worth considering
- highlander
Well, it’s a Toyota, reliability is much better, and it’s also roomy compared to the Rx350, comes with a JBL sound system, I’m much familiar with the 2019 model year and honest review to me is the sound system is just great, ( if you’ll really want a better sound system you’d be looking out for the German Marque)
- Lexus
The Lexus share most of it’s powertrain with the highlander so definitely reliable, not as large as the highlander but very much refined interior.

I would tell you what helped me during my own heartbreak. Go no contact, don't let her see a trace of you. If you are seeing her whatsapp status, mute it or delete her number. Find a new hobby. Have lots of sex like alot don't spare any babe. F#ck your frustration out (even if this period would require you to spend money). Hang around friends alot.
