I suffered the same fate recently but eventually my items were delivered after several and untiring efforts from me. Just like you ate facing now, I was told they have attempted to deliver my items 3 times. Was really shocked because that was a big lie. TEMU and Kwikpik (their delivery agency assigned to me) put me on AI messages. Fortunately, I saw two numbers on the email sent to me by Kwikpik saying I could do WhatsApp, I did but still no show.
After much efforts, another contact was sent to me and I fully followed up on that one before my items were delivered.
A lot is going on with TEMU now. I also intended to come online like you did. Things have changed with TEMU and it seems refund and delivery is no longer easy for them. I have decided not to buy from them again because they have changed.
I was also able to get a refund on a particular item and afterwards, TEMU has not been the same again.
I was really frustrated at some point and was almost giving up both my money and items. But God intervened.
Maybe you can check if there's a Nigerian number to chat with and make further demands for your items.
