But seriously......I tried to address all aspects - purpose of visit, travel history, why canada? why Uni of Saks, current employment status, and employment prospects. How in heavens name can I address all these in 2 pages? @Osemigho, how many pages was yours? I remember @michv or @thesoj's brothers SOP that he claimed was long and got him a TRV. I am just afraid of letting some information out. Also, will i break up the SOP into parts - like the finances - will that be uploaded differently?


What i think you should do i answer question per question then go to the next question there you would have like 6 paraghs and then the last 2 can be for additional information that would reduce on some irrelevant information at most try to make it 3 pages .. otherwise it will end up being boring .

3)Select: Sign up on next page and create your username, password and security questions.
4)After creating my cic account, click link application to this account.
5)Then select category as Temporary residence and subcategory as Study permit and extension.
6)Then select Family name,given name and date of birth option.
7)Fill your family name(surname), given name and date of birth.
cool Next in applicant personal info fill passport information only and DONOT FILL CITY AND COUNTRY OF BIRTH.
9) Fill program start and end date as well as DLI number of the institution (found in offer letter)
10) Your application will be found and can be linked.
11) You can get real time updates on your paper application.

In my opinion, every request by CIC serve specific purpose. If your application has been reviewed and deemed OK, next would be for you to take the medical test if it apply to you.

Call for medicals is not a guarantee, as the result of the medical examination would determine if you are fit health-wise to be admitted into Canada.

If the applicant has a medical condition that pose danger to the Canadian residence or the condition would require recurrent medical attention which could affect your studies, that makes it difficult for them to grant the study permit.

I have also heard of where people are denied after request of medical and have passed medical...

It is apparent that you haven't noted the high number of cases of refusal and 5 yrs ban for misrepresentation in recent time. Pls check the timeline of this thread. You'd see what I am talking about. Why risk 5yrs ban when you can still do something about it by notifying cic of your mistake. Yes there may be instances of people who have managed to escape the sledge hammer of refusal and ban of 5yrs probably because of the oversight of the VO. Buh do you really want to risk that ? Do you want to place your application on hope that VO won't detect the misrepresentation?

Pls once again check the timeline of this thread and you'd see what I am talking about. Personally I have received more than 17 PMs regarding cases like this. The op should thread carefully and personally I'd advise he follows osemigho's innocuous advice. For your information IRCC actually acknowledges email sent to them. Why not take advantage of that. ? Worst case scenario you reapply, at least you may/might not be ban.

Post like this will encourage people to keep committing such mistake either intentionally or inadvertently.
