Did i get it right with the fractals?


Had to go dig out my old pen drive (where i saved all these bl**dy indicator) to complete your exercise after i completed Pinbar's.


**An aside. Mehn, i used to be a slave to these indicators. I doubt there is any indicator on the internet that i dont have on my pen drive including the ones I bought. I remember i was on the verge of buying one indicator like that for $1200++. What happened was, the vendor for that indicator suspended sales for it in order to carry out update. But me, i no hear word. Originally the indicator sold for $150++ but they increased it to over $1000 to stop people from buying it at that moment. I was hustling offline to get money to pay/buy this indicator because i thought it was a hit. When I was almost gonna pay for it, they completed the update, reduced the price and i bought it. It turned out to be another bullcrap indicator. The name of the indicator is Nitro+. Even at that, i bought a few more and got many more free from the internet. One offered me 35% refund. Another I took to paypal's court but paypal ruled in the vendor's favor. I'd spend my weekend searching for this forex holy grail that never existed. Honestly, aside few indicators like "moving average", other indicators are a complete nonsense. Especially those that tells you buy when it turns blue, sell when it turns red. They do nothing but slow your progress in forex. Dont trade them but you may learn with them. Naked chart trading with your eyes to spot trends, swings, movement, support/resistance, mental balance, discipline is 100% the forex holy grail. I learnt this after I have lost so much in this business. I have picked up and the journey has been good, I wouldnt lie about this now.

@Tunderr, the message (an aside) isnt for you. Just that i remembered my journey with forex while playing with this fractal indicator and thought to share it.

This is another way of spotting the swing points, though you are right with the fractals , i would prefer we train our eyes to spot this things without indicators

Charts, to motivate others. If you are not sure how to get it , open your indicator folder and click fractal indicator. It will indicate the swings on your charts. Good luck.

INTRO

Since what you know in forex is not making money for you, try to follow this lessons with an open mind. Avoid the thought of " i know this already" , " this is too simple, it wont work" , what destroys peoples account more often is not the system but the state of mind of the person behind the system. you have to calm down. You cannot afford to be in a hurry to make money,that is the number one red flag. so here are some things to note

1. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to loose
2. Patience and Discipline are key , without it, YOU WILL LOOSE

from time to time i will be dropping hint where necessary and you can also follow my telegram channel as well, so much is happening there as per signals and other stuffs( all absolutely free).

So i will be posting charts and numbering them so if you need to call my attention to something on any of the chart, pls do.

I know that this thread is for dropping alerts, pls permit me cos eventually, all we are doing will eventually lead those that will follow this to be dropping alerts as well.

Hi guys , i see not much has really happened here... but a lot is happening in the market so why the dryness is it that there are no nigerian traders trading regularly and profitably or they would rather be active in forexfactory ? The truth is , trading could be boring especially when you are a swing or long term trader of which i find myself in that category. so lets make these community active guys.

This is what i will do and this message is only for new traders and struggling traders who wants a trading partner they can learn and grow with, so experienced traders and pros, ignore us . i am going to share a trading strategy here and after wards we will use these strategy to be dropping alerts here together using charts based on the strategy to explain why the trade was entered... i pray you guys can learn fast and catch it so as to ask questions where you are not clear while i am still active here cos i wont be active here after a while due to some assignments .

The main reason behind me doing this is to get you guys to be active here. i perceive strongly that a lot of people are not making money but blowing their accounts . So why on earth would one be interested in dropping alerts when there is no head way hence i decided to put whoever may be interested through . Like i had told some guys i had tutored , i was once a struggling trader having blown accounts and gave up... i met someone who had no relationship with me before, this guy held me by the hand and showed me the way, he monitored my progress until i moved from crawling to walking. He told me to keep on by my self that soon enough, by myself i will move from walking to running and then flying. This process took months, I was always wondering why i deserved to have been paid so much attention because i didnt give him a dime, at the end he told me to pay it forward. Though i have not started flying but i am definitely not walking slowly . I have been paying it forward and will keep paying it forward. Having said that, this is one of the ways i can pay it forward . When you move from crawling to walking.... pay it forward.

I closed this oil trade with -60pips.

Let me say a few things about the news and the market.

The market is highly manipulated and controlled by the big boys, they usually don't give a damn about retail traders. They often determine ahead of time where they want the market to go, so most times ,they hide behind the red news you read. That is why some times if they want a mark up runner for the USD and the news you are reading forecasts USD weakening, you just see the USD going opposite your expectation . When price goes,takes out your stop loss and reverses, you think is coincident?? For example the AU call I made, price went, took out the stop loss and reversed. But guess what, I m still in that AU trade, why ? I understand the way they work and I play the game as such. I only drop SL limit on the thread to protect the newbies. I ALWAYS USE A MENTAL SL. To be continued....

Honestly, dropping alert is not bad but the better way is you knowing how to read charts yourself , practicing and becoming better, i dropped an alert , and the thing flew in less than 2 min, how on earth could you have caught that when you wont be refreshing this page every 10 seconds. If you are serious about this business, you have to learn it by yourself. just lay hold of a "good enough system" and stick to it. That is my advise. Just as many great traders have come on this thread and moved on... things will not continue to be the same way, but if you own your skill, nobody can take it away from you.
